Food Series #80: Steamed bamboo shoots minced meat
Try new flavours! Bamboo shoots are a low-fat, high-fiber, and healthy food. However, pregnant women, people with stomach ulcers, people with kidney disease, gout should not eat bamboo shoots. Steaming is the third way to cook bamboo shoots. They are very nutritious, fat free, suitable for someone who wants to lose weight.
The best season to eat it is late winter and early spring.

Chúng rất bổ dưỡng, không có chất béo, thích hợp cho người muốn giảm cân.

### Ingredient:
- Wood ear
- Meat
- Eggs
- Scallion
- Salt, pepper, fish sauce, MSG, oil cooking..

- Mộc nhĩ
- Thịt
- Trứng
- Hành lá
- Muối, tiêu, nước mắm, bột ngọt, dầu ăn..
### Step 1:
To cook with wood ears, simply soak them in water until rehydrated or or boil them for 1 minute. Place the shoot in a saucepan and cover with water and bring to a boil for 30 minutes.

>Để nấu với mộc nhĩ, chỉ cần ngâm chúng trong nước cho đến khi cạn nước hoặc đun sôi trong 1 phút. Cho măng vào nồi, ngập nước và đun sôi trong 30 phút.

Mix minced meat with egg, green onion, and chopped wood ear. You should use eggs because eggs will bond between ingredients.

### Step 3: 
Add the mix minced pork into the bamboo shoots. 
To steamed bamboo shoots, fill a large pot two-thirds of the way with water. Place steamer over pot, ensuring base doesn't touch water.

>Cho hỗn hợp thịt lợn băm đã trộn vào măng.
Để hấp  măng, hãy đổ nước ngập 2/3 nồi lớn. Đặt nồi hấp lên trên nồi, đảm bảo đế không chạm nước.

 When the red in the meat has disappeared,  turn off the heat, the cooking process takes about 30 minutes.

### Step 4: 



Remove from heat and serve hot immediately. Cut the bamboo shoots into small, round pieces like my pictute. I use fish sauce: the secret ingredient that makes everything taste better. These bamboo shoots with meat are a must-try!

>Tắt bếp và dùng nóng ngay lập tức. Cắt măng thành từng miếng tròn, nhỏ như hình mình nhé. Mình dùng nước mắm làm nước chấm, nguyên liệu bí mật giúp mọi thứ ngon hơn. Món măng nhồi thịt này nhất định phải thử nhé!
