Tired of greasy foods? Here's the recipe for you, these fresh rolls will satisfy your hunger. Calves rolls and soy sauce are super easy and quick to make for an Asian-inspired lunch. Filled with pineapple, calves, green banana, fresh herbs they’re perfect little parcels for dipping in soy sauce. There’s no cooking involved making them the perfect choice for a meal when everyone is feeling lazy. This dish will taste better if you roll up the ingredients and leave them in the fridge for a few hours.

#### Ingredient:
- Calves
- Pineapple
- Green Banana
- Lettuce
- Wrapping paper
- Rice noodle
- Coriander
- Star fruit
- Chili, lemon, sugar, ginger, yellow soy sauce
- Ginger

>Nguyên liệu:
Thịt bê
Quả dứa
Chuối xanh
Rau diếp
Giấy gói
Cơm niêu
Rau mùi
Trái khế
Ớt, chanh, đường, gừng, nước tương vàng
Gừng

### Step 1:
Cut off both ends of each banana, peel the banana, cut the banana into small pieces and soak in salt water for about 30 minutes to help prevent the banana from darkening. Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes of the pineapple, cut the pineapple into thin slices. 







>Cắt bỏ hai đầu của mỗi quả chuối, lột vỏ chuối, thái chuối thành từng miếng nhỏ rồi ngâm với nước muối loãng khoảng 30 phút để chuối không bị thâm. Gọt vỏ dứa, bỏ mắt dứa, cắt dứa thành từng lát mỏng.
### Step 2: 
Wash the veal, then boil the veal for about 30 minutes until cooked, then cut the veal into thin pieces. I boiled the veal with lemongrass and ginger to make the veal more fragrant. Wash all vegetables and herbs and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes to kill bacteria then drain.

>Rửa sạch thịt bê, sau đó luộc thịt bê khoảng 30 phút cho đến khi chín, sau đó cắt thịt bê thành từng miếng mỏng.Mình đã luộc thịt bê với củ sả và gừng để thịt bê thơm hơn. Rửa sạch các loại rau và rau thơm rồi ngâm nước muối loãng 10 phút để diệt khuẩn rồi để ráo.

Cook the noodles according to the packet or buy fresh rice noodles in the market. Make sure you use freshly bought rice pape because rice paper for a long time is too crispy and crushed. Dip and soak the rice paper wrapper about 10 seconds until it becomes soft.  Lay the  rice paper wrapper flat on a plate, roll as tight as you can. Repeat with the rest of the wrappers. To make the yellow soy sauce, just mix all ingredients like minced ginger and chili ( stir with chopsticks until sugar) is dissolved.

>Nấu bún theo gói hoặc mua bún tươi ngoài chợ. Nhớ dùng bánh tráng mới mua vì bánh tráng để lâu quá giòn và nát. Nhúng và ngâm vỏ bánh tráng gạo  khoảng 10 giây cho đến khi mềm. Đặt phẳng giấy gói gạo nem ra đĩa, cuộn chặt tay nhất có thể. Lặp lại với phần còn lại của giấy gói. Để làm nước tương có màu vàng, bạn chỉ cần trộn tất cả nguyên liệu gừng băm và ớt (dùng đũa khuấy đều cho đến khi đường) tan hết.
