Hi everyone^^ Eating hot pot is a bad idea for this summer. The temperature of Hanoi city is 50 -55 degrees Celsius, sweltering heat today. And we had a hotpot meal at noon. Eating hotpot while wiping sweat . It is a unique experience for me lol. Nobody wants to eat this dish in the summer....It is very spicy and hot!!!!  Eating hot pot in winter is the habit of most Vietnamese. Because this dish will make you warmer.  Tteokbokki is one of the most popular Korean street foods in Korea. In my country, this dish is cooked in Vietnamese style. Do you guys like Tteokbokki hotpot? Me and my best friends went home after school. We wanted a hotpot meal Quynh said : "Come to my room because there's an air conditioner there"..and we bought vegetables, mushrooms, soft drinks,. noodles, pho, cauliflower,,,.. we wanted to make tteokbokki hotpot,. #### Material - Vegetables  ![FD01ED15-4551-41A2-992A-F9598932EF23.jpeg] - Mushrooms  - Fish balls - Squid balls - Shrimp balls - Sausages - Noodles - Sesame seeds, - Eggs - Pho - Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes) (bought or homemade,2 to 3-inch long rice cake pieces or oval shapes .)  - Korean chili paste - Cauliflower  - Hot water ### How to make : ##### Step 1 : Soak rice cakes in warm water for 20 mins. ##### Step 2 : Mix all the seasoning ingredients . Her air conditioner broke after 5 minutes of operation. And we were feeling bad but still try to eat it because it is very delicious  Ice is my source of life , drink orange juice and ice !!! Great for cooling my head! ##### Step 3 : Cut the vegetables, cauliflower.  When the rice cakes started to soften, add vegetables, cauliflower and mushrooms  You can add noodles or pho if you like, mingled with tteokbokki sauce, delicious!!!! Stir gently with a chopsticks when it starts to boil. Attractive color dishes ^^   :((( I had to shower because it was too hot. Then we returned to school with a full stomach. Spicy but delicious!
