火锅一直是我最喜欢的美食之一。有句话说的好，“没有什么是一顿火锅不能解决的”。记得疫情之前，每次去伦敦都不忘记预定好海底捞的餐位去享受一下他家的美食和服务。 现在不太可能去伦敦了，而且近一两年应该也会尽量避免去。那么，想吃火锅了怎么解决？当然可以自己在家吃，但似乎和餐厅里的味道还是不太一样。 看到朋友圈有人发了自嗨锅的照片，感觉不错。这两天买了几个自嗨锅尝试一下。 首先选则了海底捞的素食锅，之所以选择素食锅，是因为肉类的选择似乎太少了。可能是英国这边的种类没法和国内相比吧。  拆开包装后，里面的货还不少。  按照说明把食材放入白色的碗中再加水拌匀：  同时还尝试了另一个叫做鲜锋品牌的牛肉火锅：  将加热包放入黑色的大碗中加热15-20分钟左右，就可以食用了。  Source: Pixabay 整体而言，感觉还是不错的。不过，对于海底捞的素食锅略感失望，其味道和我预期的差距较大。反倒是原先不知道的品牌鲜锋倒是给了我一个大大的惊喜。味道很浓郁，同时汤料中没有过多的花椒，吃起来比较容易。 下次出门玩的话，尤其是在野外露营，带几个自嗨锅，省时，环保，美味，似乎全占了。。。
