种菜

春天到了，也到了播种的季节。那么今年种些什么呢？豆角，角瓜，黄瓜，西红柿，西兰花，小萝卜，南瓜。。。哈哈，我想要种的东西太多了。。。

记得刚搬到现在的家的时候，对于种菜特别感兴趣。可能是因为原来住的都是公寓，没有私家花园吧。刚开始两年的时候，成功的种了不少菜，像豆角，角瓜，西红柿，青椒，萝卜等。除此之外，还有向日葵，草莓，覆盆子等等。当时可以说是乐在其中，尤其是每年秋天收获的时候，感觉非常有成就感。

但慢慢的劲头就没有了。首先是因为最开始搬进来的时候，花园请专业人士帮助整理过，因此各方面条件比较好，种菜也就比较容易。但过了两年后，再种同样的菜就长不好了，可能是因为土中的特定营养成分已经被吸收得差不多了吧，而我又不知道该如何施合适的肥，这样土质就越来越差了。

另外还有一个原因就是花园中的工作量还是不小的，尤其是除杂草和捉虫。不知道是不是在英国这里更为明显，花园中的蜗牛和鼻涕虫特别多。有些时候看着种的草莓开始红了，但还没有红透，想着再过两天再摘，结果，就被蜗牛捷足先登了。

慢慢的也就丧失了种菜的欲望。其实说白了，自家花园种菜纯粹就是找个乐子，算算花上的时间，绝对是从超市直接买菜更便宜。因此我家花园中的菜地就彻底荒废了好多年。。。

去年找人又把花园中重新整理了一下，专门开辟出两块菜地来。今年打算带着孩子们重操旧业。那么种些什么呢？

首选是韭菜。主要是因为在英国这里如果想要吃顿韭菜馅的饺子的话，很难买到合适的韭菜。本地超市中彻底没有，中国超市中有些时候有，但价格又贵的离谱。因此种韭菜最为经济划算。再说，现在不是流行割韭菜吗，我也在家割着玩。。。

其次就是那些好养，产量大的，比如：西红柿，豆角，角瓜。这些菜长得快，很有成就感。我家孩子每到夏天去花园玩的时候，如果不摘点什么回家的话似乎就会觉得少点什么。。。

还有就是那些没种过的，比如：西兰花，这样可以让孩子通过种菜学习一些知识。

菜籽都已经准备好了，马上就要开始育种了。。。
