[AA體育] 曼城訪港之旅，碰著香港遊行

英超勁旅曼城的亞洲之行來到香港了，他們在7月21日到港，並於7月24日即今天晚上8時，在香港大球場與本港球隊傑志進行賽馬會傑志中心盃友誼賽。不過，因為香港近日的風波，讓曼城此行除了體育，亦多了一點東西。

曼城這幾天出席了不同活動，例如昨天就去了旺角CGA電競館先跟一場熱身賽，即FIFA電競賽。

同時間，一班香港市民亦打算向曼城傳達反送中的訴求，惹來爭議。有人表示體育不談政治，不要偏離了活動重心；有人則發起行動，呼召球迷一起在賽事上半場21分鐘時，全場高唱《Do You Hear the People Sing》，讓人擔心會影響賽事。

在賽前記者會中，有記者向曼城提問香港遊行活動的看法，被公關阻止。不過曼城領隊，成長於加泰隆尼亞的哥迪奧拿，卻有另一看法。

「他們說你不應把政治與體育混為一談，可是當你生活的所有部分也跟政治有關，我為何不可表達我的感受？」哥迪奧拿成長於加泰隆尼亞，亦曾支持加泰獨立，他認為自己首先是一名公民，之後才是一名領隊，他不會因為自己是足球領隊，而覺得不應該談及政治。在他而言，每個人都有責任守護自己的社區，守護民主，故十分支持勇敢發聲的人，亦認同示威的做法。最後他希望香港能在沒有暴力的情況下解決問題，尋求出最好的答案。
