# <center><div class="phishy">We meet for a purpose</div></center>

A man once told me that in life we all meet for a purpose. You might not know about it now because it has to deal with the future, but rest assured that meeting people in your life is not all about coincidence because there is a purpose to it. 

It doesn’t matter where you meet or even how you met, it might be online or offline, it might be at a meetup, or even just on the street. 

## My story 

My roommate in school who became my best friend was one person who I did sight from a distance in class. I never dreamed of getting closer to him. All I knew was that he was my classmate. There was a day I had to change my hostel. I needed a hotel that is not costly, but all the available ones are just beyond my capacity. I felt I should partner with someone who I am going to be together with and share our rent. 

I tried posting it to groups and met with a few friends who could be of help. When I finally got an option, it was this guy I normally see in class. 😂. So from the beginning, it’s like I knew there is something that will bring us together. I became his roommate and he was also surprised to see me too. 

I believed we met for a reason. I never knew his academic capacity, we had our first exams and our results were out. We shared our results and that was when I knew I was living with a guru. He tried all he could to assist me with my studies and I appreciated it. 

At some point when we were about to graduate he had to leave my hostel for somewhere else. I never believed he could do such a thing. I thought I already offended him. We are still friends but I don't know why he had to leave. 

After graduating, everyone already went their way in the hustle for greener pastures. I am also back home pending the time I get things to do. 

One night I got a call from my roommate asking where I am. I told him I am home, then he told me he will need my help. I thought he was kidding at first. He said he got a job around my area and he will need a good apartment to pack in. If I can get him a good agent with a good apartment. 

I never believe he will need my assistance. Immediately I rallied around and tried all I could to get him an apartment that is comfortable with good rent for him. He came to check and liked it. 

Who can tell that back then when we lived together as roommates that he would need my assistance with accommodation just like I was in need back then?

## In conclusion 
Life is like a circle, you might be in positions today, but never forget that table turns. We all hope to grow greater but someday somehow other people will overtake us. How well have you used your position? Remember table turns…
