**Good day to you all.**
*Today is just another wonderful and amazing day just like the days we've spent in the past. Everything happens for a reason and that's just why we are created on the surface. Some seem like a coincidence to us, but it’s bound to happen that way. So we thought our plans worked perfectly fine. But in the real sense, it wasn’t. That was just out of blessings.*
*The people we meet in life, and the things we get to do in life, will happen at the right time. All we have to do is to make sure we try and put in more effort.*
## My encounter with LeoFinance
Truth be told, I can't say I ever regret stepping into the LeoVerse. It must be challenging for real, but that's life. If you aren't ready to face challenges then you aren't ready to grow. My encounter with Leo Finance has been of great benefit in many ways, many of which I can't mention all. Not to be an ungrateful soul. I would be detailing some of my experiences, my accomplishments, and challenges overcome with the Leo interface.
### Making threads
Never in my wildest dreams have I ever thought about making microblogs. How do I come about that on the hive platform? when I am not a spammer. I can’t do that. Most times my minimum word count is always above 500 and with quality write-up, dedication, and corrections. After all these then I still get to respond to comments and that's the only avenue I have to create short content on the blockchain.
Joining Leo Finance turned the story, it made me realize that not everything has to be the way it is. At times impossibility becomes possible. The introduction of threads came to pass and I felt it was just some sort of way to cast votes and engage in the hive. But I never knew the true value until I got to dive in.
Thread is all about engagement, pure, fun, encouraging, and amazing. My first thread was an invitation from a friend and I just had to make it out of ignorance. I finally learned how much the threads button works and its worth from my experience with the LeoFinance Zealy Campaign.
### Leofinance Zealy Campaign
A campaign was done when I got invited by a friend. It was restricted to some amount of users and I never had the opportunity to partake but to support. I never had any regrets about this because it made me realize that there is going to be some kind of huge campaign that would be taking place in a few months. I did well to save the date and read more about it.
The day came by and I missed out on a few days while the quest was on. I knew I should be able to do better. Never giving up was always the key. I joined the campaign reluctantly with a spirit of failure.
Gathering XP was my first disappointment. I wasn't able to gather much XP so I thought I forgot about it. I left for days again. One day I wanted to vote on threads. Then I realized how quickly the platform had changed and advanced. Then I knew the campaign was there to perfect the platform. I had the mindset of joining this time around with the motive of giving it whatever it takes. I had a supportive spirit in me. I will do all I can to make sure this platform is a success and I can write something about it at the end. Who knew I would be writing this??
## How LeoFinance and the campaign have impacted me.
### Improved writing skill
I appreciate Leofinance's Leo glossary so much. I know of the Leo glossary but I never knew it was this important. I just had to click on a few of them to post on leofinance then. But joining the campaign made it clear that the Leo glossary played a lot of roles in my write-ups as it aids the reader’s experience with terms that are a little technical to understand. It gave beauty to articles and also brought about additional qualities to write up. It brushed up my writing skills.
### Artist level upgrade
It's been a long time since I drew something. I already gave up on drawing unless my help was needed. I knew I could draw but I just didn’t have the passion for it anymore. It has been years now, since my days in higher institutions. Onboarding Leofinance campaign brought back those artistic skills to another level. I just had to take my pencils and get back to drawing again. It was another wonderful experience. I appreciate it so much.
### Keeping to deadline
One other thing I get to learn is that there is time for everything. And the only way you can accomplish that is to never waste your time procrastinating. Time waits for no one. Once gone, can never to recovered ever again. I learned to keep to deadlines on tasks and quests.
### Meet and engage and enjoy
I won't dare forget to mention this. This was one of the best things I achieved on the LoeVerse. Since my years in hive, there are some names I have never come across before. It wasn't so shocking to me that I got to know all these people within a short period and not only that, we got to create a tight bond through engagement. It was fun meeting with new people and also getting my followers to list on an increase
### Earn and learn
Hive has been based on this from the very beginning. So getting to achieve this on the leofnance interface shouldn’t become a problem. But if care is not taken it might be. I learned a lot from my experience on the platform. I got to know more about web3 and learned more about blockchain and tokenomics too. It was indeed an amazing time.
### Never give up
No matter what. Just keep striving, and remain strong and consistent. This has been a lesson I learned from the campaign. Nothing would come so easily.
