At times it's not always easy going through the hard way. But most times the hard way keeps us strong and brave, it makes us more courageous and steadfast. It's a choice we have to make. 

I have been using the 50/50% reward system over months now and I haven’t tried to go about using the full HP reward system. And my reason is clear to me. The full HP reward will be more beneficial to me only if i am not dependent on the rewards, but months back i am fully dependent on hive and those rewards for survival. 

But a few days ago I decided to GO FOR IT!. I decided to close my mind and try what I felt was so hard to achieve. I would have loved to see the outcome of this. Even for just a month. I want to know how it would work out for me. So I made up my mind to keep all my withdrawals at a full HP. 

## My achievements 
After taking such a decision, I realized I was able to achieve more than **150 HP within two weeks** which is not achievable if I were to be on the halfway reward system. It might have been halved and that will give me about 75 HP instead. I was able to move from ***610 hp to 730 HP in 14 days.***

### Hopefully if I am able to continue this way for a few more months I will be able to hit a target of getting above 1000hp. 

## My observations 
I realized that it's one way to grow big and grow faster. It is not always easy to achieve something you don't put your mind into. You can only achieve that when you have decided to be responsible for your actions.  

It wasn't easy at first but later it became a part of me. I felt encouraged to do better, and get better. Though it was a rough ride, I still had to do it. And it turned out to be beneficial for me. So I realized that if I want to go far I will have to keep to the practice of getting a full HP rewards system at least if it's twice a week or some other number of times I feel will be okay. 

## Way forward 
The best thing on the hive platform is to keep growing each day. Knowing how to become better without affecting others. So with this I have got to use another method for my rewards system which is a little different from the former. Some posts I will be writing into some communities will be placed on 100% payout while some others will be on 50/50. And it can also be in the form of one day on and the other day off. 

## Powering up. 
Both the Leo power up day and the hive power up day will become more important. And surely I also wish to be having some other powering up apart from the monthly power up. I will prefer opting for a weekly or biweekly power up.
