Let it go. Accept that you're dealing with an inordinate amount of anxiety that is focused on your physical state because you feel guilty, concerned or worries about your action. You are healthy, physically..not mentally. Acceptance will be your best friend. This will subside in the next month or so once you accept it. Accept life for what it is; beautifully harsh.
