No todo van a ser IPA. Hoy os muestro un estilo poco común, que cada vez me gusta más y que en estas épocas de calor resulta muy refrescante. Se trata de una SOUR. Las cerveza SOUR en su versión más purista, son de fermentación espontánea, con la levadura salvaje del ambiente (También conocidas como lambic). En esta ocasión nos encontramos con una cerveza de fermentación mixta. Es decir se le añade la levadura para la fermentación. **Cerveza:** Apple Berry Sesssion Sour **Cervecera:** Vault City Brewing (Edimburgo, Escocia) **Estilo:** Sour fruired **Alcohol:** 4.7º **Formato:** Lata de 440 ml  Como indica el nombre, las bayas y las manzanas predominan en el sabor que combina perfectamente con el ácido del estilo.ç Cerveza muy refrescante y jugosa y con mucho cuerpo y densidad para no llegar a los 5º.    La cervecera está ubicada cerca de Edimburgo, en Portobello concretamente y es una de las mejores de toda Europa elaborando estilos ácidos. ___________________________________________________________________ Not everything is going to be IPA.
