Ask the fields de Cloudwater Brew Co. (Esp-Eng)

Today I show you another of those jewels that I was able to taste on my trip to Manchester. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the guys at Cloudwater have a line of spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers. I tried a few of them. The one that I show you today is the most different of all. You just have to check that it was made in collaboration with an artisan cider brand to understand it.

Beer is a meeting of styles and mentalities in great harmony. I couldn't tell if it's cider that tastes like beer, or beer with a touch of cider.
The origin is the fermentation of pear juice in red wine barrels for ten months and then hops are added in Dry hopping. Finally, it ages for one year in the bottle.
A true delight.
It is appreciated that brewmasters launch themselves to do new things, especially if the result is as magnificent as this one.
