Asmodeus Dipa de Apex Brewing (Esp-Eng)

Otra cervecera que nunca falla y muestra una gran regularidad en sus cervezas. Especialmente las IPA, estilo que dominan a la perfección. Se trata de Apex Brewing Company. 
A la sombra de los gigantes suecos Omnipollo o Stigbergets, estos muchachos se han hecho un hueco en el mundo craft europeo a base de excelentes cervezas.

Un poco cansado de las IPA modernas que solo saben a frutas y parecen más un zumo que una cerveza. Se agradece al menos, que ya que la fruta ha venido para quedarse en las cervezas, por lo menos tengo esa carga de lúpulo que caracteriza a las IPA y que tanto nos gusta a los amantes de la cerveza. esta cerveza es el claro ejemplo de ello. Notas frutales, sin pasarse, y estacazo brutal de amargor al final. ¡Así, sí!

Another brewery that never fails and shows great regularity in its beers. Especially the IPAs, a style that they master perfectly. This is Apex Brewing Company.
In the shadow of the Swedish giants Omnipollo or Stigbergets, these guys have carved a niche for themselves in the European craft world based on excellent beers.

A bit tired of modern IPAs that only taste like fruit and seem more like a juice than a beer. It is at least appreciated that since the fruit has come to stay in beers, at least I have that load of hops that characterizes IPAs and that we beer lovers like so much. this beer is the clear example of this. Fruity notes, without going overboard, and a brutal shot of bitterness at the end. So yes!
