Chasing Windmills de Basqueland Brewing (Esp-Eng)

Otra cerveza más de los chicos de Hernani que continúan haciendo una gran cerveza y recogiendo premios fruto del excelente trabajo que realizan. En esta ocasión se trata de una colaboración con los holandeses de White dog brewery y su filosofía de cervecería por contrato.

Nunca había probado el lúpulo Zappa, tras investigar un poco, en la cerveza se aprecia ese toque a mandarina pero muy eclipsado por los cítricos del Citra y frutal del El Dorado.
Buena combinación de lúpulos en una cerveza muy brumosa y densa, muy fácil de beber a pesar de esos casi 8º y que continúa en la línea de las IPA modernas muy frutales y suaves, lejos de los cánones clásicos del amargor y la resina que tanto empezamos a anhelar los amantes de las IPA.

I had never tried Zappa hops, after doing some research, the beer shows that touch of mandarin but it is greatly eclipsed by the citrus of Citra and fruitiness of El Dorado.
Good combination of hops in a very hazy and dense beer, very easy to drink despite those almost 8º and that continues in the line of very fruity and smooth modern IPAs, far from the classic canons of bitterness and resin that we started so much to crave for IPA lovers.

what do you mean? How to spread your posts over time? You just post one today, the next one in 3 days or in a week etc. When you're writing a post you can also schedule it when you want it to be posted, at least in the Ecency it's like that (*advanced *button down in the post). (I would be surprised if in other frontends like PeakD this wouldn't be possible)
