Hoy os muestro uno de los vinos con más fama de la provincia de Aragón (España). Una comunidad, que como muchas otras españolas está un poco a la sombra de las todopoderosas "Rioja" y "Ribera del Duero", pero que a base de buenos vinos y de unas denominaciones de origen con mucho prestigio siempre están en lo más alto. Se trata de denominaciones tan importantes como: Calatayud, Somontano, Cariñena o como la que hoy os muestro, Borja. **Vino:** Fagus **Bodega:** Coto de Hayas **Denominación de origen:** Campo de Borja **Añada:** 2018 **Uva:** 100% Garnacha **Alcohol:** 14.5º **Maduración:** Crianza de 9 meses en barricas de roble francés **Formato:** Botella de 750 ml  El Fagus, es uno de los vinos más afamados de esta denominación por méritos propios. La garnacha es la uva de moda y los enólogos están exprimiendo todo su potencial en forma de grandes caldos. Una uva defenestrada hace años por su alta graduación y sabor recio, pero que tratada con maestría da grandes resultados.     El color es limpio y brillante, con tonos violeta y rubí. El aroma, es intenso, fino y elegante. Con un predominio de los frutos rojos, la ciruela y la cereza. Aparecen sutilmente el café y la vainilla de fondo. En boca es potente, sabroso y con mucho cuerpo. Garnacha is the fashionable grape and winemakers are making the most of its potential in the form of great wines. A grape that was ousted years ago due to its high alcohol content and strong flavor, but which, when treated with mastery, gives great results.     The color is clean and bright, with violet and ruby tones. The aroma is intense, fine and elegant. With a predominance of red fruits, plum and cherry. Subtly coffee and vanilla appear in the background. On the palate it is powerful, tasty and full-bodied. Very fruity and with a surprising balance.
