Cuando una cerveza o un estilo en concreto lleva produciéndose desde hace varios siglos... por algo será. Es lo que ocurre con la cerveza clásica alemana y con muchos estilos ingleses también. Ésta en concreto, es una cerveza de temporada que únicamente se elabora para las fechas próximas al famoso Oktoberfest. Aunque Märzen significa marzo en alemán. Poco amargor y mucho sabor a cereal. De trago largo. Notas también a pan tostado e higos. Al llevar las maltas un poco más tostadas, es mas sabrosa que las lager o helles clásicas. A mi personalmente me encanta. Como siempre Ayinger muy fiel a los estilos y con una elaboración impecable. No se puede pedir más por dos euros.
