Hoy os muestro una cerveza de una de las cerveceras de nuevo cuño, que está causando mucho revuelo y expectación por la calidad de todos sus productos. Yo he probado ya tres o cuatro referencias suyas y creo que esta marca ha venido para quedarse y colocarse en breve en top 10 de cerveceras nacionales.

En la línea de lo que demanda ahora el mercado, IPAs facilonas, no muy amargas y excesivamente afrutadas. Podemos situar esta lata. El sabor tropical se apodera del amargor característico del estilo. Mucha frescura, densidad y melosidad y gran facilidad de trago.

Citra, Mosaic y Simcoe, combinación ganadora de lúpulos. Probablemente la más utilizada en la elaboración de IPAs. Aportan un sutil toque amargo, pero que para los nostálgicos del sabor amargo como yo, no es suficiente.

La cerveza es impecable... pero ya nos cansa un poco el concepto de IPA afrutada.

Today I show you a beer from one of the newly minted breweries, which is causing a lot of excitement and expectation due to the quality of all its products. I have already tried three or four of their references and I believe that this brand is here to stay and will soon be in the top 10 national breweries.

In line with what the market now demands, easy IPAs, not very bitter and excessively fruity. We can place this can. The tropical flavor takes over the characteristic bitterness of the style. Lots of freshness, density and sweetness and great ease of swallowing.

Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe, winning combination of hops. Probably the most used in the preparation of IPAs. They provide a subtle touch of bitterness, but for those nostalgic for bitter taste like me, it is not enough.
