Triumph of simplicity de Frau Gruber Brewing (Esp-Eng)

Hoy os muestro una de esas cerveceras alemanas de nuevo cuño que demuestran el buen hacer que históricamente tiene este país a la hora de hacer cerveza, pero que gracias a cerveceras como ésta, también demuestran que hay vida más allá de los estilos clásicos alemanes. Se trata de Frau Gruber Brewing. Pero son muchas otras las que también marcan el camino de las nuevas cervezas alemanas:

Citra, Mosaic y Simcoe... ¿Que puede salir mal?
Un tremendo estacazo de sabor a frutas y cítricos que se aprecian contundentemente ya en el aroma. Un amargor muy marcado y que perdura en el paladar, gracias a estos tres clásicos colosos del lúpulo. Un alcohol totalmente desaparecido que hacen de esta cerveza un verdadero peligro por lo fácil que se bebe.
Esta cervecera nunca falla. Excelente cerveza.

Today I show you one of those newly minted German breweries that demonstrate the good work that this country has historically had when it comes to making beer, but thanks to breweries like this one, they also show that there is life beyond the classic German styles. This is Frau Gruber Brewing. But there are many others that also lead the way for the new German beers:

Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe... What can go wrong?
A tremendous shot of fruit and citrus flavors that are already forcefully appreciated in the aroma. A very marked bitterness that lasts on the palate, thanks to these three classic giants of hops. A totally disappeared alcohol that makes this beer a real danger because of how easy it is to drink.
This brewery never fails. Excellent beer.
