Me encanta ver como las nuevas cerveceras, y más si son de mi ciudad, no olvidan los estilos clásicos. Cierzo trabaja con mucho cuidado todos los estilos y no deja de lado la tradición. Son muchas las cervezas que sacan nuevas cada mes, pero siempre hay un guiño a lo tradicional. En esta ocasión nos encontramos con una Bitter de manual. Pero le han querido dar una vuelta de tuerca. Este estilo inglés ha sido combinado con lúpulo alemán, quizá el más conocido, el Hallertau. El resultado magnífico. Cyclic es una cervecera de Barcelona, conocida por sus elaboraciones de cervezas ácidas. Quizá estén abriendo el abanico de estilos y nos sorprendan con nuevas cervezas. Sabiendo de su buen hacer, seguro que lo bordan. La cerveza está realmente buena, para beber a bañeras. Precioso color marrón oscuro. Sabores tostados y a caramelo. Mucho cuerpo pero se bebe realmente fácil. Se nota y se agradece el lúpulo. Le aporta un toque especial. The beer is really good, to drink in bathtubs. Beautiful dark brown color. Toasted and caramel flavors. Lots of body but really easy to drink. The hops are noticeable and appreciated. It gives it a special touch. Bravo for this beer.
