What is It? De Pyrene Brewing Co. (Esp-Eng)

En alguna ocasión os he hablado de las cerveceras nómadas. Aquellas que no tienen fábrica y alquilan las instalaciones de otras cerveceras para realizar sus propias cervezas. Menos beneficios, pero menos riesgo. El caso más conocido en España es el de La Quince. Pero últimamente se empieza a ver que son los propios bares los que realizan este proceso para realizar su propia cerveza. Una cerveza que pasa a estar en un grifo fijo de su bar. En mi ciudad, Mononoke es un bar que lo realziaba con frecuencia. Ahora es el caso de Beercorner. Mi bar de referencia. Junto con la cervecera que nació en el corazón del Pirineo, han elaboradoesta magistral cerveza.
La etiqueta de la lata, también merece mención a parte. Claro guiño a la película It en un diseño espectacular.

El color es de un rojo cobrizo precioso. La espuma persistente. El aroma a caramelo e higos. Y lo mejor de todo el sabor. Realmente muy sabrosa y de una facilidad de trago espectacular. Las notas a caramelo y cereales se mezclan a la perfección con el amargor en una interpretación de este estilo clásico magistral.
Una cerveza para llenar tu nevera.

On some occasions I have told you about nomadic breweries. Those that do not have a factory and rent the facilities of other breweries to make their own beers. Less benefits, but less risk. The best known case in Spain is that of La Quince. But lately we are beginning to see that it is the bars themselves that carry out this process to make their own beer. A beer that happens to be on a fixed tap in your bar. In my town, Mononoke is a bar that does it frequently. Now it is the case of Beercorner. My reference bar. Together with the brewery that was born in the heart of the Pyrenees, they have produced this masterful beer.
The label on the can also deserves a separate mention. Clear nod to the movie It in a spectacular design.

The color is a beautiful copper red. The persistent foam. The aroma of caramel and figs. And best of all the flavor. Really very tasty and spectacularly easy to drink. Caramel and cereal notes blend perfectly with bitterness in a masterful interpretation of this classic style.
