Hace unos días hablando con unos amigos se inició una interesante discusión, uno de ellos era pintor, y también ilustrador digital, me gustó un comentario que hizo sobre los NFT, y me dijo que pensaba que los nft no son arte o no se deben confundir. Las pinturas hechas en lienzo o en físico, tienes aspectos completamentes diferentes con las criptomonedas, me parece que se deben siempre discutir las diferencias para marcar respeto a los artistas tradicionales con la nueva tecnología

I think the NFT ecosystem has very different characteristics than traditional Art, because it has different intentions, has very different ways of communicating and has different objectives, just one example, while I can put a painting on canvas on my wall, there are people who never see an NFT image that they have bought.

Hola Robert.... Que gusto que te haya gustado a ti, justo eres un artista plástico o físico... El asunto de la inteligencia artificial trae aún mucha tela que cortar, porque al parecer no se va detener la evolución de la computación no tiene ese plan, así empiezan haciendo ilustración digital.. pronto los robots harán las pinturas voluntariamente

Excelente planteamiento, bastante bien razonado... Este es un tema con bastantes aristas, en especial para aquellos que conceden a las herramientas de creación digitales una relevancia similar a los oleos, los lienzos, los pinceles, cinceles y afines...Pero (en mi humilde opinión) todo parte del parecer propio y nada más... Lo mismo ha pasado con la arquitectura, la música, la literatura e inclusive artes escénicas como el teatro se han visto envueltas en debates de similar talante... Incluso la fotografía (mi favorita afición, por cierto)... Aún estando ya en el primer cuarto del siglo XXI, siguen encendidas las discusiones relativas al "versus" de la fotografía analógica y la digital... Yo, muy particularmente, sigo prefiriendo "La Piedad" de Miguél Ángel a la torre Eiffel, los lienzos de la Capilla Sixtina a toda la colección de Picasso... Y obviamente sigo diciendo que los fotográfos de hace 80 o 100 años hacían mejor arte que yo con una Nikon Digital... Pero evidentemente habrá quien diga lo contrario y en el caso específico de los NFT's, es lo mismo... Hay quienes confieren gran valor a la capacidad creativa en el plano virtual y alegan que no todo el mundo puede hacer verdadero arte usándola.. Pero, al final de todo, yo apostaría por el hecho de que para cada quién habrá una respuesta válida...
