It seems not everyone is struggling for work during Coronavirus - some businesses are going the opposite way, and them some.

It was a couple of weeks ago I first heard about Joe Wicks.  A friend had mentioned him in a Whatsapp group chat stating they were tuning in with their kids each morning for a 30 minute workout.  Another replied saying they were doing the same, and that their children were somewhat interested in joining in because 'he looks like a PE teacher and so must be good'.

Around this time, I had also started my own workout regime which also involved searching YouTube for various routines.  I didn't think about Joe Wicks back then, but yesterday decided to have a look and tuned into the recording of his most recent broadcast.

My conclusion is that if you have kids, he could be worth a look.  On [yesterdays screening](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88Ot2ReVHkw), you can see a pink Henrietta vacuum cleaner in the bottom right corner, and at some point he's doing squats whilst holding a doll.........

Fair play, his channel has been up since 2011, and in the past 3 weeks has grown from 800,000 to 2.2 subscribers.  And apparently, he has been donating some of his earnings to the National Health Service here in the UK.

Today he's on YouTube Trending again, around 400,000 views ahead of the next best rather uninteresting looking piece of content.

Good luck to him, but he's not going to give this 41 year old a six pack by the summer.  For this, it's going to need something a little more drastic.....

Three more days, and i'll have done at least one piece of exercise every day for a month.  I'm not anal/addicted/sad enough to keep a daily record of exactly what I've been up to, and have just tried not to work the same muscle group each day.  That's tricky though, it seems everyone wants to squat and lunge!

Both are doable as a relative beginner, but you can always make them tougher by filling a backpack with tins of tuna, like I have started to do.

If your knees are dodgy or you haven't done much exercise in a while, avoid!  I did this one 2/3 times before deciding it was not good for my knees, but will give it another try when they have adjusted to the fact i'm mobile again.

At present, it's looking something like the following:

Monday: Kelly's 20 min Ass and Thighs + Ab ripper
Tuesday: Yoga
Wednesday: Backpack guy + Ab ripper
Thursday: Kelly's 10 min + Backpack guy
Friday: Abs + Backpack guy
Saturday: Yoga
Sunday: Kelly's 10 min + Backpack guy

When I've got to the month, I'll probably take a day off :)
