A child is very precious to his parents. For the whole world, he may be just a child, but for the parents, their children are their world. This matters a lot. We see that there are many children who serve their parents well and are always with them in their every happiness and sorrow. On the other hand, we also see that some children disrespect their parents and do not respect them at all. Children who respect their parents and honour them always stand by them in their every happiness and sorrow. It is obvious that such children have got good values due to which they do so much, but do the children who do the opposite not get good values or is there some deficiency in their upbringing?  This does not happen always because if we see, no parent would want their child to fall into bad company or be uncultured. Parents try their best to make their children better and make them such a child who achieves success in the society but this is not always possible because it is not possible for the children to always stay with their parents because sometimes it happens that the children have to go out of their house or have to do something due to which their parents are not able to give them much time.

Now if it is about modifying the genes of children, then every person will try to make their children perfect because which parent would want their child to be left behind. Obviously, if this starts happening, then the first priority of every parent will be to modify the genes of their child so that he can become a perfect kid. But according to me this thing will not be ethical because if everyone starts doing this then there will be no competition and neither will the children put in their effort to acquire any special skill because when many things are already in their genes then who will do it. Like if a child is good in singing then his parents ask him to work hard in the field of syncing. When they hear the voice of their children then they come to know that there is a lot of talent in my child and this talent can take him very far, so they improve that talent even more.  But if that thing is already present in the child then why would he need to run around so much and apply so many influences so that his skill can be improved further. Modifying the genes can bring stability in the whole world because in such a situation, when everyone will have talent, then finally they will be given employment and all this can get out of control.
