Es un gusto saludarlos mis queridos lectores de Hive, de vez en cuando se me hace muy difícil subir contenido por las actividades pendientes en la universidad y otras ocupaciones. Tenía días pensando compartir con ustedes mi experiencia en el área de rehabilitación donde una vez por semana soy pasante de la universidad, allí llegan pacientes con distintas patologías a realizar su rutina.
>It is a pleasure to greet you my dear readers of Hive, from time to time it is very difficult for me to upload content due to pending activities at the university and other occupations. I had days thinking of sharing with you my experience in the rehabilitation area where once a week I am an intern at the university, where patients with different pathologies come to perform their routine.
En mis inicios en la sala de rehabilitación, se me hacía muy difícil interactuar con los pacientes, no tenía tanta confianza para iniciar conversaciones y como muchos de ellos llegaban sintiéndose mal no quería hacer una pregunta que los hiciera sentir incómodos.
>In my beginnings in the rehabilitation room, it was very difficult for me to interact with the patients, I did not have much confidence to start conversations and as many of them arrived feeling bad I did not want to ask a question that would make them feel uncomfortable.
Sin embargo, con el paso de las semanas fui aprendiendo de los compañeros que están más avanzados en la carrera, la forma en que podía mostrar interés en ellos son ser invasiva. Por lo que he visto, además de la preparación que recibimos es muy importante tener ese interés personal en quienes ayudamos debido a que esas limitaciones que suelen tener, les afectan también emocionalmente a quienes las padecen.
>However, as the weeks went by I was learning from colleagues who are further along in the career, how I could show interest in them without being invasive. From what I have seen, in addition to the preparation we receive, it is very important to have that personal interest in those we help because those limitations that they usually have, also affect them emotionally to those who suffer from them.

Ser fisioterapeuta, va más alla de hacer masajes, implica rehabilitar, enseñar y generar bienestar al paciente. Para eso debemos estar muy preparados y también muy comprometidos con nuestra profesión. En mis inicios, como les comenté sentía mucha inseguridad pero sobretodo en este trimestre me he puesto metas, en donde estoy estudiando existen diferentes departamentos o cubículos cada uno usa un agente físico diferente, como puede ser el calor , magneto o electricidad. Al plantearme ir rotando por los distintos espacios cada vez aprendo más y me voy con la satisfacción de que estoy avanzando, al final se trata de que cada día estemos más preparados que el anterior.
>Being a physical therapist, goes beyond doing massages, it involves rehabilitating, teaching and generating wellness to the patient. For that we must be very prepared and also very committed to our profession. In my beginnings, as I told you,I felt very insecure but especially in this quarter I have set goals, where I am studying there are different departments or cubicles, each one uses a different physical agent, such as heat, magnet or electricity. As I rotate through the different spaces I learn more and more and I leave with the satisfaction that I am making progress, in the end it is about being more prepared each day than the previous one.
Es muy bonito poder compartir el proceso de recuperación de un paciente, estar involucrado en sus vivencias y que finalmente se sientan felices, agradecidos y con más ánimo para luchar. Hoy por lo menos , me puse la meta de preguntarle a cada uno de los que pasaron por mi cubículo si habían sentido mejoría y me llene de satisfacción al escuchar que si habían mejorado luego de algunas semanas.
>It is very nice to be able to share the recovery process of a patient, to be involved in their experiences and that finally they feel happy, grateful and with more courage to fight. Today at least, I set myself the goal of asking each one of those who passed through my cubicle if they had felt improvement and I was very satisfied to hear that they had improved after a few weeks.

También allí aprendemos a relajar, estimular y aliviar las dolencias a través de los masajes. Este es un mundo completamente nuevo de verdad, estoy impresionada de lo bien diseñado que está nuestro cuerpo, ya que todo se comunica entre si, de esta manera aplicando las técnicas precisas podemos aliviar dolencias que se relacionan entre si. Me emociona el día en que pueda estar completamente capacitada para rehabilitar a alguien, es una carrera muy bonita y me siento muy contenta con todas las cosas nuevas que he descubierto.
>There we also learn how to relax, stimulate and relieve ailments through massage. This is a whole new world indeed, I am impressed by how well designed our body is, since everything communicates with each other, so by applying the right techniques we can alleviate ailments that are related to each other. I am excited about the day when I can be fully qualified to rehabilitate someone, it is a beautiful career and I feel very happy with all the new things I have discovered.
Aún estoy aprendiendo lo que debo saber sobre el cuerpo humano, en esta carrera el conocimiento es esencial para podernos desenvolver apropiadamente, finalmente con mucha constancia, paciencia y dedicación se pueden lograr grandes sueños. En mi caso, deseo seguir viendo desde primera fila todas las enseñanzas de los profesores sus conocimientos y la preparación que me dejara ests carrera y luego con la ayuda de Dios ser útil para ayudar a quienes necesiten de mis conocimientos.
>I am still learning what I need to know about the human body, in this career knowledge is essential to be able to develop properly, finally with a lot of perseverance, patience and dedication you can achieve big dreams. In my case, I want to continue to see from the front row all the teachings of the professors, their knowledge and the preparation that this career will leave me and then with God's help be useful to help those who need my knowledge.
Ninguna carrera es fácil, todas tienen su grado de dificultad por eso debemos aferrarnos a esas pequeñas y grandes satisfacciones que encontramos en el camino para seguir alimentando nuestro deseo de prepararnos. Fue un gusto compartir con ustedes un poco sobre mi en fisioterapia, les deseo una excelente semana !
>No career is easy, all have their degree of difficulty so we must hold on to those small and big satisfactions that we find along the way to continue to feed our desire to prepare ourselves. It was a pleasure to share with you a little about me in physiotherapy, I wish you an excellent week!
