**Hoy para concluir la semana, realice un rodaje de fondo a ritmo suave de una hora con 30 minutos haciendo un total de 17.5 kilómetros.**

**Hoy tenía planeado a ir a una carrera temprano, la iba a realizar por fuera pero me sentía cansado por el trasnocho y el entrenamiento de ayer me quedé dormido y no me levanté temprano para asistir a esa carrera, incluso había puesto una alarma para que me despertará pero ni la escuché mi cuerpo quería descansar unas horas más y aún si fuera ido igualmente realizaría el entrenamiento de fondo por la tarde, así que como no fui a la carrera pues hice el trabajo de fondo en la mañana pero no tan temprano, empecé el entrenamiento a las 9:23 am una hora no muy común para entrar.**

**La mayoría de corredores o entrenan en la mañana bien temprano o en las tardes casi noche y esto es más que todo porque las horas de por medio después de las 8 hace mucho sol  y también son las horas en que nos ocupamos en hacer otras cosas, claro no todos pero si la gran mayoría entran o muy temprano o en las tardes casi noche. Y hoy para mi no fue así, ya que no me levanté lo suficiente temprano para ir a correr entrene a esa hora, no quería esperar a la tarde y a pesar de solazo que estaba haciendo estaba haciendo brisa refrescante un poco pero no se sentía secó el clima he incluso tomé fue agua al terminar de correr, está vez hice el recorrido devolviendo al inicio del recorrido dando una vuelta completa y terminando en la rinconada, al terminar está ave familia de la grasas y le tome unas fotos aunque no estaba tan cerca ella estaba atenta que si dónde le estaba tomando la foto daba un posó más se iba volando.**

**Hoy terminé con buenas sensaciones y sin molestias vamos sumando más kilómetros y entrando más para llenarnos de vida alcanzar objetivos.** 💪🏻
