Controlling pest organism can be done in various ways, which means mechanical, chemical and biological. On the condition of mild disorders do with mechanical and biological methods. But, in tough conditions commonly done by chemical methods.</p> <p>Today, farmers prefer organism pest control by chemical means. This way it will be faster visible effects control. That's one reason why farmers prefer the chemical way.</p> <p>Controlling pest organism to the cocoa crop has been conducted since the nursery, immature plants, the plant produces even after harvest. The use of chemical way is often done by farmers to control plant pests. The tools used for the application of chemicals is knapsack sprayer. Knapsack sprayer or spray equipment known as the back sprayer. Sprayer is most commonly used by farmers in almost all agricultural areas of rice, vegetables, or in plantations.</p> <p>How should use a knapsack sprayer safe and comfortable? Supplies are needed so that the operator comfortable and safe?</p> <p>- Masks, complementary tool to cover the mouth and nose so that mist containing pesticides do not get into the respiratory</p> <p>- Wear long sleeves that cover the surface of the skin of the hand or a plastic vest</p> <p>-Trousers</p> <p>-gloves</p> <p>-As well as protective goggles</p> <p>-boots</p> <p><br></p> <p>Here are some operators or farmers' conditions found at our target locations. Farmers or operators who are currently using a knapsack sprayer. Some are true, there are approximately true and many false. Please give a judgment.
