I am very glad that you found some value in it. That means a lot to me.

Many of the ideas that i mentioned here I had to face head on as a new parent. It has definitely been a learning experience, and continues to be one. I took some ideas gleaned from others, accounted for the variables in regards to my own children, and tried to apply the same standards that i expect from anyone else who believes in self-ownership and voluntary interactions. It's not always easy with kids, as they can often be irrational, but I do think that consistency matters. Even if they don't fully understand the concepts now, you're building the foundation for them to grasp these same concepts light years before many of us did. I can't think of a better way to give my kids more than I had than that. :)
