# Hello Steemy People !

I've been living for 3 years with **my vegan girlfriend and spoiler alert** ... yep... even sushi isn't part of the diet.

Today ,no post about Bitcoin or finance, let's talk about **Veganism and  how to deal with it when your GF / BF is one of them.**

1. **Don't tell her that an animal is worth less than a human :** 
She'll do some weird analogy with your cat and a cheeseburger arguing that if you think your cat is special , so is the cow in your burger.. My cat isn't special, he is my mentor in life ... how dare she speak of him like that..

2. **Don't tell her that Humans are omnivores and like the lion, they need meat :**
She will give some crazy scientific explanation about evolution and tell you that human can adapt to anything. Even more serious she will tell you you do not look like a Lion ( after 1 year at the gym .. ) but more like a Hippo... how dare she.

3. **Don't ever, EVER speak about protein in the vegan diet :**
Her  : "There is more protein in Soy than in meat and as much protein in quinoa as in cheese" 
Me : "Yeah like if in this food for hamster I'll find enough protein to build muscle. Moreover proteins are incomplete in vegetables"
Her : " what muscles ? you just need a regular intake in protein and yes vegetables proteins can be complete, in quinoa for example"

4. **Don't tell her that a shrimp doesn't feel the pain :**
She will start a debate on what is pain and how do we measure it ? Again, she will show you uninteresting studies proving you you're wrong... She'll probably pinch you, as well, be careful.

5. **Last point...** 
For God's sakes whatever you do, don't under any circumstances eat a Sushi or any type of japanese food in front of her. She is Vegan yes but she is human too. She will not hesitated to tell you that you're the devil trying to tempt her ... no you're just a regular guy trying to catch this sushi with those small useless sticks..
