So what do you feel about being in your comfort zone? All my life I have heard, get out of your comfort zone. I guess many of you have heard this as well. But is there an objective meaning of this phrase? And regardless of the meaning, how effective this is is a question for many. What do you think about getting out of your comfort zone? Really something that will help? Or is it just some solution everyone gives when they don't have anything to say? I want to share my thoughts about this and long story short, I think it helps to some extent. But it is also important to note that not everyone is built the same. So obviously this won't work for everyone. I'll get to what I mean by that in a bit.

So first of all this getting out of the comfort zone is a metaphorical speech. It essentially means to take risks and try new things. It also means that there is a very primal trait among humans and that is they don't try anything else or simply just while there time away in the same loop unless something around them has changed. This is not someone's personal fault. Rather, it is a basic human nature, but this continuous cycle kills human ingenuity. Their ability to create and make themselves a more complete and skillful person. By getting out of your comfort zone or simply trying new things, going someplace else or changing up your habits can help. Literally speaking, if you are not afraid to change something out of the ordinary and try to deal with it head on, it will do you a lot of good both in your self-confidence and your skills and adaptability. This self-confidence and adaptability is really really important to do well in life. Because adversities don't come by knocking at your door. They just get in and at that moment you have to be ready. You have to understand that things won't always go to plan and I must take preparations to adapt myself to a situation. And about the fact I was saying that it is not for everyone that is also true. Some people are just not built for the hardest points of life. It may break them. It may break whatever self-confidence they already had so it could decrease their chances instead of increasing it. And I'm not saying that it's a good thing, but actually these people need extra attention and extra care put into them and after that they can thrive as well.

So as humans and profoundly the best creature on Earth, we need to be ready for as many things as possible. For if we're not, we will get obliterated very soon. Nature always takes its course and nature is brutal. So if we don't adapt and prepare ourselves in constantly different environments and situations, staying in the same place will kill all our senses. And this false sense of safety that I know was going to happen tomorrow and the day after tomorrow will be the biggest hindrance in your path.
