Heey! amigos como estan?, espero que muy bien y bienvenidos a este nuevo post! en el que les traigo mi ultimo trabajo en el que he estado llevando mi arte a un nuevo nivel buscando asi mejorar mi trabajo y asi conseguir resultados increibles en este proceso artistico que tanto amo 

E N T S:

Como su nombre lo indica "E N T S", es un personaje inspirado en las criaturas inteligentes parecidas a los arboles, que aparecen en el señor de los anillos y en algunas otras historias de fantasia.

Se tratan siempre como criaturas longevas, es decir tienen miles de años y muchos de ellos se encargan de cuidar de la naturaleza tienen la habilidad de comunicarse con los arboles normales, y con la naturaleza en si. entienden cuando sufre el mundo y saben perfectamente cual es su rol en este mundo de fantastico.

Nuestro querido ENT, es un vigilante del bosque esta en un lugar en el que se encuentra oculto del mundo pero asi mismo ha decidido convertirse en uno con la naturaleza y estar asi constante comuicacion con lo que sucede en su entorno para dar aviso a sus compañeros en caso de que suceda algo o algun arbol necesite de sus compañeros.

E N T S:

As the name suggests "E N T S", is a character inspired by the intelligent tree-like creatures that appear in the lord of the rings and some other fantasy stories.

<br>

They are always treated as long-lived creatures, i.e. they are thousands of years old and many of them are in charge of taking care of nature. They have the ability to communicate with normal trees and with nature itself.

Our dear ENT, a forest watcher, is in a place where he is hidden from the world but has decided to become one with nature and be in constant communication with what is happening in his environment to warn his companions in case something happens or a tree needs his companions.

Proceso:

En este proceso, queria que el rostro diera la sensacion de ser un conjunto de elementos que hicieran notar que el personaje era uno solo con todo los elementos que lo conforman. 

Empecemos por los cuernos de madera cuya funcion es generar volumen en el rostro y a su vez dar la sensacion de que son similares a las raices de un arbol enorme. Luego agregue el detalle de la cornona que posee junto con la esfera amarilla, nos da la sensacion de ser un ente importante para su raza y la esfera amarilla es podriamos decir su fuente de energia y a su vez el lugar donde almacena todo su conocimiento.

Process:

In this process, I wanted the face to give the sensation of being a set of elements that made us notice that the character was one with all the elements that make it up. 

Let's start with the wooden horns whose function is to generate volume in the face and at the same time give the sensation that they are similar to the roots of a huge tree. Then add the detail of the horns he has along with the yellow sphere, it gives us the feeling of being an important entity for his race and the yellow sphere is we could say his source of energy and in turn the place where he stores all his knowledge.

Una vez que tuve el rostro, desarrollar el cuerpo era un reto y como seria su entorno era parte del reto a realizar, asi que empece a hacer un boceto de lo que podria ser y de como se podria ver un poco. 

Entonces la parte mas interesante es que en este boceto, me planteaba que el personaje fuera visible hasta la cintura y de ahi se empezaran a ver las raices que lo conectan con la tierra, lo que lo convierte en si en un vigilante.

Queria realizar un ojo en la cima de todo, pero aunque no lo realice en el final si podras llegar a apreciar que la escencia de esta idea prevaleció en la obra.

y por ultimo tenia la intencion de hacer que estuviera sosteniendo una esfera entre sus manos y crear un poco mas de misticismo en la obra

Once I had the face, developing the body was a challenge and what his environment would be like was part of the challenge, so I started to make a sketch of what it could be and what it could look like a little bit. 

Then the most interesting part is that in this sketch, I wanted the character to be visible up to the waist and from there you start to see the roots that connect him to the earth, which makes him a vigilante.

I wanted to make an eye at the top of everything, but although I did not realize it in the end if you can get to appreciate that the essence of this idea prevailed in the work.

And finally I had the intention of making him holding a sphere in his hands and create a little more mysticism in the work.

Como pueden ver, parte de la idea se conservo y algunas cosas cambiaron, en este punto el cambio mas importante sucedio en el pecho. lo que yo imaginaba como una esfera que iba a sostener entre sus manos termino convirtiéndose en un espacio huevo en el pecho de nuestro personaje, lo que hace podamos dar un vistazo al corazon del ENT y como su cuerpo esta formado por miles y miles de fibras que estan conectadas  a su corazon

As you can see, part of the idea was kept and some things changed, at this point the most important change happened in the chest. what I imagined as a sphere that he was going to hold between his hands ended up becoming an egg space in the chest of our character, which makes it possible to give a glimpse of the ENT's heart and how his body is formed by thousands and thousands of fibers that are connected to his heart.

Bien en la etapa final, le agregue mas detalles al cuerpo, que te daran la sensacion de que las lineas naranjas conectan con la mente y las verdes con el corazon de este personaje. diseñe tambien un pequeño simbolo o runa en la parte posterior de el que de la idea de que su idioma es tan antiguo como el mismo.

Well in the final stage, I added more details to the body, which will give you the feeling that the orange lines connect to the mind and the green ones to the heart of this character. I also designed a small symbol or rune on the back of him that gives the idea that his language is as old as himself.
