我们这几年很少在外面吃小龙虾了，主要是觉得外面的餐馆不会认真地洗刷小龙虾，食品卫生让人不放心，所以，每次都是婆婆妈在菜市场里买三四斤当地的小号或者中号虾，在家里用油炸爆炒的方式做爆炒小龙虾，久而久之，就有点吃腻。

难得到眉山老城区这边来，猛然发现这里居然有一家霸王虾，店里飘来熟悉的油焖香，猛地就把我拽回了十多年前的那个夏天。

那时候我还未婚，在那个夏天，吃小龙虾，似乎是突然被带火的，有一家专门吃小龙虾的店令我印象特别深刻，那就是我和寻当时特别爱去吃的霸王虾，第一次吃他家的香辣油焖大虾，就被征服了，大虾和小虾的口感完全不一样，戴着手套的手忙得不停，吸溜着虾黄，虾屁股上的肉剥下来蘸着料汁，最后拌上一份碱水面，我天，绝了！每次和寻不吃到扶墙而出绝不罢休。

后来成了常客，我们认识了老板娘，她本来是银行里工作的职员，但是不缺钱，也不缺德，自己出来创业，开虾店只是她的职业之一，她还到处旅游，做些代购一类的，我挺羡慕老板娘，又年轻又漂亮又有钱！

后来霸王虾关门了，我和寻也早就走散了，她如今在深圳，我们已经七八年没有联系过，没想到今天在眉山碰见同一家店，点了一份香辣油焖大虾，还是和当年如出一辙的味道！吃个虾，倒勾起了我好多的往事回忆……
