The MP01 from Punkt is probably one of the best designed simple but dumb mobile phones to have as a standby or secondary phone. Since it works on the low power GSM (2G) network, it's battery is able to hold its charge for about 500 hours. A newer 4G LTE version of the MP01 is expected to be released by the end of 2018.
