Think about life without the internet... Most kids nowadays are born with it, even in some of the poorest countries in the world. Singularity cannot be achieved without the internet, but that's a topic for another post...

Elon Musk is quite a character. On one hand, I appreciate him a lot, but on the other, I see that he is an attention vampire. He likes being all over the place, feeding off the attention he gets, and he's been getting a lot of it in the past few years. Tesla is probably his biggest project and a hell of a good one.

But Starlink is undervalued, in my opinion. Starlink, for some, is just another internet company, a fancy internet provider that offers its services at a pretty high price. But it is everywhere. Elon's satellites are covering the whole fucking earth. Hence, individuals living in remote areas can have access to the internet and the ocean of information that it is.

Some of us grew up in a different environment; we are the analog generations. The ones who woke up to go to school with the alarm coming from a watch and maybe a bit later benefited from the daily alarm of a Nokia 3310...

I still remember that I only got access to an unlimited data internet connection when I got to college, and even then, not all the student dorm rooms had it. In my first year of college, I was applying to jobs via a fax machine. That's true. We had to print the damn resumes and send them as faxes.

I don't regret those days. I am a lazy man who loves all the technology that makes my laziness enjoyable. I know some would love to live in the 70s or the 80s because that's when everyone was fit and active and we ate real whole foods.

I believe we can do that now as well, especially considering the level of evolution tech has reached. There are fancy gyms in Dubai where almost all the regular exercises that our "ancestors" used to do with dumbbells and barbells are now accessible through some sort of machine.

If you want to better yourself, you can do it, and you should do it, as I underlined in my post from yesterday. I see no reason why we should not try to become the best versions of ourselves.

Cryptocurrency is still in its early phases despite the mass adoption that we got recently with the ETFs and all the bull crap that made people buy the local top for BTC at $74k. But we still haven't reached peak usability for crypto. Wait until BRICS launches their own currency and challenges the dollar, and then you'll have your first real step forward for crypto as an alternative currency.

There are a few who say that this is the last cycle for crypto... That's like saying that the internet had its peak during the dot-com bubble. When it comes to crypto, we have only scratched the surface of its potential. Sooner rather than later, we will start leveraging its potential beyond market speculation.

Volatility won't die out, but as the tokenization of everything catches on, we will find ourselves feeling more comfortable collecting coins through all sorts of online businesses and mundane tasks and using them in real life, rather than just speculating on the price.

The same thing applies to AI. It's fun and threatening at the same time, quite fake if you start to dig deeper, but at some point, it will become a lucrative companion. I was anti-AI until a few good months ago, but now I realize that if used properly, it can help a lot in enhancing our individual experience on earth.

Just as life seems so odd and heavy to carry without the internet, we will think about crypto and AI in the not-so-distant future. I do not regret the time I've spent in the analog era, but I do not regret fully embracing the internet either. Never in history has the individual had so much potential at hand to build wealth as nowadays.

Never...

Yeehaw! This blog post is like finding a cool breeze on a hot day. Life without the internet? Unimaginable. Elon Musk is a wild one, but he's shaking things up good. Starlink is a game-changer for folks in remote places. Embracing new tech doesn't mean forgetting the analog days. With crypto and AI on the horizon, the future is looking mighty bright, partner! Keep on ridin' the waves of change.

Probably, but for us living in poor countries life would be way shittier and less abundant. The internet made geolocation for building wealth irrelevant.
