I don't know how much are you paying attention to Corona plandemic news lately and how it has evolved over one year since we're lured into this shit, but I am doing that. I never waste any minute in reading the mainstream media, but I like to be informed and I love alternative news outlets. That's how you get the actual pulse of an event. Whether you believe the Corona virus exists or not, at this point is kind of pointless. The tentacles of lies and manipulation have already been spread and are continuously fueling abusive measures taken against citizens of the world like for example mandatory vaccines that the French are trying to enforce. I haven't been vaccinated and never will, my health is my own personal issue and nobody can have decision over my body other than myself. There's been a lot of protests around the world against this shit and the continuous abusive lockdowns. You won't see that in the mainstream media... ...as you won't see data regarding billionaires becoming richer while the average working man being hardly affected by the abusive measures imposed by governments is struggling, thanks to this plandemic. We're probably dealing with the same situation all over the world where the hospitality sector has been drastically affected by lockdowns. I don't know what kind industry does Greece have(other than the touristic one), but it's definitely a hell of a touristic destination, a better and cheaper alternative to my country. What's wrong with Greece? The way I see it it's screwing its economy consciously by mandating vaccine passports to be able to travel to the country. There are plenty of people that are against getting vaccinated and against these damn *proof of vaccines*, thus I believe tourism will be affected over there by such measures. When you have a touristic country that has been closed to tourists for over a year and now you limit their access to your beautiful beaches, while getting in debt big time, you should know you're slowly drowning in deep shit. No offense to any Greek fellow around here, I know that governments come up with such nonsense and not you guys(the citizens). Now, since I am posting this through the #POB interface, I am curious how many of you have asked themselves this question: **if we haven't managed to end this pandemic in one and a half years, when are we gonna be able to do that?** Isn't that a bit fishy to you? Doesn't look like a scam? I'd say it does and most of the measures imposed are nothing more but disgraceful abuses, measures imposed based on fake numbers. Takes a lot nowadays for anyone to rise up and feel this way, but im with you man. Too many hypocrites speaking their opinions, but something is definitely fishy. My workplace hasnt mandated yet but its in talks and big reason is because theres a growing number of people who are ganging up against people who make the choice against the vaccine. Vaccine doesn't work with the new variants and why they say you need to use common sense still. Find this whole situation crazy as anyone travelling right now needs their head reading. Only once you have had it do you realize how good or bad it is depending on your body ad no one can tell you otherwise. I've really followed up with the covid-19 virus and also keeping tracks of the count on death and people that are infected by the virus. I won't lie to you since the start of this pandemic which is deadly as they claim it is, I've not believed in it and the whole lockdown happening is all a joke to me. Government have taken this avenue to make people suffer on a daily basis and the economy of the nation keeps falling constantly. >if we haven't managed to end this pandemic in one and a half years, when are we gonna be able to do that? This I can't just say, is one year already and still there is no solution to contain the pandemic finally. Government are still pushing that the second face of the pandemic is still coming which I'm not finding it funny. Spanish flu lasted for three years (it had three waves in each of the three winters). So if this pandemic is over by the end of this year, we'll be lucky. I'm in the UK and we're all getting vaccinated (I've been jabbed with no ill effects). The vaccination is working, deaths have dropped despite everything opening. Now when you get covid it's just a sniffle and a cough that lasts about three days, it's no longer life threatening for those who have been vaccinated. So my guess is that the UK will have ended the pandemic completely by about autumn. Not sure about other countries though.

The last reason Greece is in big fucking debt is the corona. Never in one country have so many people spent so much money for so long (that they didn't produce or own). In some ways, corona has actuslly helped Greece cause we get for the first time money that is actually free (considering the inflation and the super low or even negative interests, the loans are literally free money). Hopefully, they will be put in good use but everything points to the opposite. This post is imo full of inaccuracies both from an economic standpoint (when it comes to greece at least) and from a scientific pov. But I wont argue cause I know you won't be convinced. On the bright side, the pandemic will probably be over this summer with delta variant spreading like wildfire despite the heat.

You definitely have a better economical vibe over there, but you should know that there are plenty of people who won't go to Greece due to the vaccine requirements. At least 6 persons I know. All of them would have spent some money over there, I assure you. When it comes to scientific points of view, I haven't been convinced that masks have any damn effect in blocking the virus from spreading and why on earth if you have the vaccine you still have to wear a mask. There's so much inaccuracy in this whole corona pandemic. Just pay attention to headlines and trends and how they change. The only thing nobody can convince me is that fundamental freedom rights have been stolen during this so called pandemic. I do hope you're right with the pandemic ending soon, but I doubt about that.

From what I remember @mindtrap has had a couple of posts regarding how this pandemic has affected him as a fresh owner of a restaurant and if I'm not mistaking he's Greek. There's all sort of personal stories from around the world of how businesses have been negatively affected. Unemployment in Austria went through the roof the first months after the pandemic has started, I know that from my father, and I don't believe in free money.
