I didn't imagine this morning that paying a damn invoice would require me to go to the bank four times. A friend of mine who's living abroad asked me to settle on his behalf a damn invoice and in the process of doing it I realized how dated, incompetent, and useless the banking system is in Romania. 

I ended up paying it from the bank's app, and some fucker working there was so triggered on why have I not done it within the app in the first place, *cuz look how easy it is*... Why? CUZ I DON'T LIKE USING BANK APPS AND I HATE BANKS... That's why...

I love my crypto and I also use cash as much as possible, but sometimes you gotta lean in front of the system as I did today. Luckily we are not living in here as the Chinese are *over there*. Can you imagine cops stopping you on the street and asking you to delete certain pictures and videos from a protest against the tyrannical government you just attended? 

That's what happens in China lately.

This is bad, this is even worse than what Orwell was writing about in his book "1984". 

I know that the Chinese live under communist governance for many many years already, but do these people deserve such treatment? Definitely not, and what's even worse is that some so-called western countries are praising China lately and talked of copying such governance systems to countries such as Australia and Canada. 

During the "freedom convoy" protest in Canada, banks have been ordered to freeze the accounts of the ones involved in the protest and that's a red flag for anyone woke enough, but they haven't gone as far as the Chinese do. We need to ask ourselves this question: how long is it going to take until such measures(like in China) are going to be applied in our western countries too?

Apple, a disgusting tech company if you ask me, not only has removed Twitter app from the app store but it has also done that with AirDrop, an app that is used by the Chinese to transmit info directly from phone to phone bypassing the Chinese firewall. Considering that China is basically cashless already, it has what is known to be as "the social credit system" which kind of dictates ones freedoms, and has turned its citizens into slaves with the awful covid 0 measures, what's next?

Not much, in terms of any type of freedom left for the Chinese, unless these guys are really gonna take it to the streets and fill them with blood. I know it sounds like extreme anarchism, but at some point, you gotta give it all to be able to earn your freedom back. 

We're on a battlefield right now. I know that it sounds weird but think for a second about how the rest of the world has dealt with the plandemic while in its peak phases, how twitter and facebook have taken down Trump so the "other party" can win the elections and how triggered against Elon Musk the officials were when he announced that he's buying Twitter. 

Imagine how triggered they are right now when he's acting on giving back freedom of speech to the blue bird app users and reinstating thousands of banned accounts. 

We are living probably the most challenging times in many decades, if not centuries, but we've been given weapons to fight too. I don't know how much is Elon going to change Twitter so it can become a true censorship-resistant social media company, but we have Hive doing a great job in that regard. Then, we're threatened with a cashless society and CBDCs, but we also have crypto to circumvent all of these. 

It's not going to be an easy ride, that's for sure and these fuckers won't give up without a fight but we really have now the tools to take some of our freedoms back. Challenges are going to come on the way and we have to accept them, but we don't have to quit. If there's one thing I love the most about Hive is that it doesn't quit. We've rebuilt everything from scratch, and turned a blockchain-based blogging platform into an online society with an economy of its own and it feels like we're just getting started. 

The establishment has gone too far, but that doesn't mean we've taken the loss...
