<liketuimages> <center>      </center> </liketuimages> After a weekend of almost endless cheat meals, it was once again time to get into healthy eating and by healthy eating, I mean getting into cooking again my simple, nutritious and healthy foods. What you see there in these five pics is the lunch I had yesterday(the first four ones) and my dinner(the last pic). Breakfast usually consists of scrambled eggs but no photo of that one... It's eggs, after all, who wants to see egg pics... So, what was on the table? Well, lunch consisted of two small potatoes cut in small pieces and backed in the oven with something like 200 grams of beef stake backed in the oven as well, and the salad was bought as it is from the supermarket. I like eating clean and simple, when I'm not bullshitting with my diet, and here you have my proof for that saying. There's something like a minimum of 50 grams of protein on that dish and roughly 150 grams of carbs. I know, the title says "high protein, low carb" and the number of carbohydrates exceeds the protein intake, but at the end of the day when I added to it the breakfast, dinner, and the protein shakes taken throughout the day the amount of protein was high enough to "make sense" for my training and the carbs quite low for what I usually eat. I don't count calories, I don't think I'm in a caloric deficit but I try to gain mass while losing fat. Some call that *body recomposition* and I might be on track with it as I don't get stuffed with food anymore as I used to something like one year ago but I always get the amount of protein necessary for building muscle. For dinner, I had a tuna salad which was not too tasty but nutritious nevertheless. Time to go out and breathe some fresh cold winter air now.
