Many are trying to quit the bad habit of smoking, but most of them fail to reach the desired goal, while scientists have found the most effective solution

According to Science Alert, neuroscientists at Rockefeller University in New York City have identified the group of nerve cells in the brain that cause nicotine dependence. Restraining the activity of these cells leads to a reduction of this relationship very much which gives one the chance to quit smoking.
