The San Diego City Token (SAND) will bring all the benefits if the steem blockchain to a locally focused scotbot derived steem community much like @weedcash and its https://wedcash.network which forks the steemit look but doesnt fork the chain, and posts to both weedcash.network and the steem #blockchain and any posts on steem with the weedcash tag will show up there much like how I will try to have every post with the #sandiego tag to show up in my future planned sandiego.network custom website. This will allow San Diego residents and and visitors/fans to make steem/sandiego.network posts about their experiences living in or visiting San Diego and they can be rewarded with SAND tokens with the upvotes rewarded via a Delegated proof of stake style smart contract that mimics reward pool of steem blockchain but for each steem-engine token (this is for the more expensive scotbot features tokens for 1000ENG not just any old 100ENG steem engine token can do this)





This turn key social media #blockchain community for #sandiego can build itself up with social media posts & I can distribute larger stakes to various San Diego based steem whales. But the future of this token is a San Diego DAC or DecentralIed Autonomous Organization that allows users to be voted into seats of power which can create funds to distribute to proposals which will be projects to help the chain from advertising to software development. We can use this San Diego City token to pay local San Diego residents to do good deeds for the city like Karma on #eos of course but the long term goal is to get this token into the San Diego School System and the Univeristies and eventually the local city government where we can use this as a tool to supplement funding for community projects. Many smaller projects that get ignored by the city can get a second chance at life on steem & we could end up putting to work all of the eager political minds that hangout around city hall bit who never get their projects passed or funded.
