Can we replace our old Rep system with the opposite of the new Blacklist System in Communities with Red Number in Parenthesis

So what if a GOOD account had a Green (1) for the first white list ran by steemit inc or someone like steemcleaners

maybe steemit inc can use HOOYU like Block One for verification.  Id RATHER have a simple p2p system where you can use a picture OR.... stay anonymous but still allow someone to verify you or RATE you highly ;) Ratings are what this is all about, you want accumulative systems , not black and white dualistic good and bad, you just have good and bad points lol and the people who have the most stacked up are like, a level 1 or level 3 verification level yaaaa ima make the ultimate verification p2p system and end up paying SO many users like decentralized employee digital workers

The next white lists can be run by other groups, but the ABILITY TO BECOME A WHITE LIST should simply be chosen by WITNESSES and we can SIMPLY allow the witnesses to be the ONLY ones who can vote for these  whitelists which i want to call "Validator Nodes" !
