And anyone who objects saying the "reward pool' will suffer doesn't understand how it works, and that you cannot ask a home owner to not rent out the lower floor of his house to a new family just because YOU have been using it this whole time for extra storage. Guess what new home owners are here and theyre not going to put that extra space to waste.... OH but guess what? This new owner? So if @justinsunsteemit actually 1. uses SP and 2. VOTES with his SP on the Steem proposal System we could finally have our projects funded which SPS never funds. SPS thresholds are so high no one gets any projects funded and those 10 SBD fees for the proposals get wasted, unlike Telos where you get your fee of 3% BACK as long as you get votes.
Justin could Upvote EVERYONE on Steem who makes a New Post and has certain amount of followers etc.

But my point is justin can NOW upvote EVERYONE and create MASSIVE incentives to posting on steemit
According to @penguinopablo Statistics Bot, the amount of active users transacting is around 30 daily, maybe 32,000 but hey, ive seen it go over 200,000 and we can get there again BUT the point is, 30 thousand people is a small amount, and, out of that, even less are making posts

36 thousand posts and comments a day means maybe lets say 10 thousand posts , and out of that, only a few thousand a day would be eligible for what Im talking about.... @justinsunsteemit can give posting permissions or delegate to a team of human curators AND bots who will evenly divide @steem and @steemit $600 a day into many upvotes, ranging from $0.02 at the lowest, which is what all 30 thousand transacting accounts would each get if divided evenly, to $1 each which more important accounts would receive.
We could simply start distributing steem via upvotes at least for 1 day, a week, a month, or as long as it takes.
#TRON posts could be upvoted SO MUCH that EVERYONE comes to post on steemit , and we even have people BUYING steem accounts for $10 $20 just to make those Tron Posts to get PAID.
THEN we have @justinsunsteemit fire andrarchy the marketing person, firing elipowell the ceo ned hired who doesnt do any posts, and create a new ad system by paying @asgarth @jarvie from @steempeak to create a PROMOTED post system that BURNS steem OR, better yet, one which uses that steem and circulates it, paying it back to content creators, something steemit.com never did but which we now do on Steem COMMUNITIES from Scotbot Steem ENgine. And yes SCOT communities are MORE communities than Hivemind, and soon, in fact, they will be one in the same thing.
I recommend @justinsunsteemit creates a list of the most popular content creators by COMMENTS and Upvotes on each post, and also reward those who have posted the most, been here longest, and who have kept the most SP staked the longest.
There's many ways to do this but simply setting up a new OPRAH WINFREY GUILD like @fyrstiken once had where everyone got upvoted would be very interesting. I would rather we didnt divide those upvotes up so much that we all only got 2 cents, I would actually like to see verified new users get at least $0.10 to $1 upvotes
Oh and here's the stats from @penguinbalo on new accounts created incase you wanna see :D , this could be in the tens of thousands when LITE WALLETS with TRX built in gets released in next hard fork hah
if you need an account Esteem app has them and, Dlike.io and steemhunt.com and ntopaz.com but I can also send you one , but I would be using my INVs which cost money but not much maybe a half of a steem to 1 steem when the blockchain itself creates a wallet for 3 steem.
