Hola mi linda comunidad, espero que estén bien, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una receta muy rica, nutritiva y que sirve para empezar a botar esos kilos que nos quedaron de mas después de diciembre:

Ingredientes:

* 1 Pechuga de pollo en bistek
* 1/2 Kilo de papas
* 4 Cabezas de ajo
* Sal al gusto
* Orégano al gusto

> Ingredients:

> * 1 Chicken breast in steak
> * 1/2 Kilo of potatoes
> * 4 Heads of garlic
> * Salt to taste
> * Oregano to taste

Parte 1 para aliñar la pechuga

En un recipiente agregamos la pechuga y le ponemos la sal y dos cabezas de ajo picadas

Luego batimos con la mano hasta que la sal y el ajo cubra toda la pechuga

Parte 2 para hornear las papas

 
En un molde de horno agregamos un poco de aceite de oliva o aceite vegetal, ponemos todas nuestras papas y les agregamos sal

Luego le ponemos el ajo picado, el orégano y lo batimos para que todas las papas queden bien aliñadas

Luego ponemos nuestras papas al horno a una tempera de 160 grados centigrados por 20 minutos y nuestras papas ya están listas

Parte 3 para asar la pechuga

En una sarten bien caliente ponemos nuestra pechuga a asar hasta que esté dorada

Y nuestra pechuga con papas al horno ya esta lista para comer. La podemos acompañar con un buen pedazo de aguacate
