Basically, the tips are making Noise.cash a profitable platform for short content creators (microblogging).

Although their platform is not decentralized and does not run on blockchain, Bitcoin Cash rewards through interaction have attracted many users, who receive BCH both by receiving tips and by giving it to other users' content.
I have thought that in Hive or Leo something like this could be significant. I really don't know how possible this is from a technical or economic point of view, but if something like this could materialize, Hive users would be more willing to interact and comment.

This could incentivize new users to comment more and post more while they are building up reputation and not yet attracting the vote of whales and curators with high voting power.
This could perhaps be accomplished by creating a reward pool for Tips, I don't know how it could be funded, but basically it would work like this:
•There would be a pool of rewards in liquid Hive.
•This is distributed daily among all users (or those who want to join) based on their level of interaction (comments, posts, etc).
•These Hives to be distributed (let's call them HT) could only be used to give tips to other users, they do not belong to the user who receives them.
•If the user does not give them in a certain period of time they could be returned to the reward pool or stop accumulating.
•A user who receives for example 1 Hive in HT on a certain day, can give tips of any amount, for example, 0.2 or 0.85 Hive, until his total HT is exhausted.
•A certain percentage of the tip is kept by the user. If set to 50%, the user who gives a tip of 0.4 Hive, will receive 0.2 Hive to his balance.
•Like a vote, it only requires a Posting key.
In this way, a new user could earn rewards for giving tips to other users' content, of which a certain percentage of the tip is kept by the new user.

Thus, new users would be made to stay longer, while not yet receiving larger votes or not having enough HP to get significant curation rewards. You can also reward other users in a better way if your vote is not yet very large.
This is just an idea I have, adapted to Hive based on what I've seen on Noise.cash. I don't know if something like this would be possible in Hive or Leo, but I think if done, the impact would be positive on user interaction and retention.
Another possibility is that these tips would be in Hive Power or some Hive Engine token like LEO.

Receiving 1 total daily Hive in tips would currently equate to $34 per month, a significant amount. This of course goes hand in hand with the effort you put into interacting on the platform.

Aunque su plataforma no es descentralizada y no corre en blockchain, las recompensas en Bitcoin Cash mediante la interacción han atraído a muchos usuarios, los cuales reciben BCH tanto recibiendo tips como dándolo al contenido de otros usuarios.

Esto quizás se podría lograr mediante la creación de una piscina de recompensas para Tips, no sé como podría financiarse, pero básicamente funcionaría así:
•Existiría una piscina de recompensas en Hive líquido.
•Esto se reparte diariamente entre todos los usuarios (o los que se quieran unir) en base a su nivel de interacción (comentarios, posts, etc).
•Estos Hives a repartir (llamémosles HT) sólo podría ser utilizados para dar tips a otros usuarios, no le pertenecen al usuario que los recibe.
•Si el usuario no los da en cierto tiempo podrían devolverse a la piscina de recompensas o dejan de acumularse.
•Un usuario que recibe por ejemplo 1 Hive en HT en cierto día, puede dar tips de cualquier cantidad, por ejemplo, 0.2 o 0.85 Hive, hasta que se le agote su HT total.
•Cierto porcentaje del tip se lo queda el usuario. Si se establece en 50%, el usuario que de un tip de 0.4 Hive, recibirá 0.2 Hive a su balance.
•Al igual que un voto, solo requiere clave Posting.
De esta forma, un usuario nuevo podría ganar recompensas por dar tips al contenido de otros usuarios, de los cuales cierto porcentaje del tip se lo queda el usuario nuevo.

Así, se haría que usuarios nuevos se queden más tiempo, mientras que aún no reciben votos más grandes o no tienen suficiente HP para obtener recompensas de curación importantes. También se puede recompensar otros usuarios de mejor manera si tu voto aún no es muy grande.
Esto es solo una idea que tengo, adaptada a Hive en base a lo que he visto en Noise.cash. No sé si algo así sería posible en Hive o Leo, pero creo que de hacerse, el impacto sería positivo en la interacción y retención de usuarios.
Otra posibilidad es que estos tips sean en Hive Power o algún token de Hive Engine como LEO.

Recibir 1 Hive total diario en tips equivaldría actualmente a 34$ mensuales, una cantidad significativa. Esto por supuesto va de la mano con el esfuerzo que se ponga en la interacción en la plataforma.
