<div class="pull-left"><h1>¿De dónde surge la inspiración para tu contenido?</h1> Pienso que lo más importante para obtener ideas para crear tus publicaciones es tener claro cuales son tus talentos, intereses, leer publicaciones de otros usuarios, leer libros de tu interés o videos al respecto. Es importante saber que las ideas o la inspiración no vienen forzándolas, sino que viene de un proceso espontáneo y para ello es importante estar dispuesto siempre a recibir información nueva cada día y enfocando la creatividad en crear algo nuevo según tus ideas o perspectiva. Y es muy importante anotar siempre esas nuevas ideas que vayan surgiendo. </div>

<div class="pull-right"><h1>Where does the inspiration for your content come from?</h1>I think the most important thing to get ideas to create your publications is to be clear about your talents, interests, read publications of other users, read books of your interest or videos about it. It is important to know that ideas or inspiration do not come by forcing them, but it comes from a spontaneous process and for that it is important to always be willing to receive new information every day and focusing creativity in creating something new according to your ideas or perspective. And it is very important to always write down those new ideas that come up.</div>

<div class="pull-left"><h1>¿Qué rutina cumples a la hora de crear un post?</h1> Una vez tengo una idea para una publicación, o escojo alguna idea de las anotadas, considero importante (sobre todo para nuevos usuarios) escribir sin preocuparse por la calidad de la redacción, de los códigos, de cómo está quedando el texto, sino en escribir todo lo que salga, dejar salir todas las ideas que se te ocurran. Luego, se puede proceder a corregir el texto, modificar cosas que te parezcan mal, y por último agregar los códigos para formateo. Luego, puedes tener ya armadas plantillas con algunos códigos ya escritos y escribir sobre ella, en PeakD puedes realizar esto, también en Microsoft Word.<br><br>En diversas ocasiones, acostumbro a escribir cuidando todos los aspectos de la escritura y agregando de una vez los códigos necesarios. De esta manera es posible una rutina más rápida, pero esto realmente no es recomendable si eres nuevo usuario, y en ciertas publicaciones que requieren más cuidado evito hacer esto.  </div>

<div class="pull-right"><h1>What routine do you follow when creating a post?</h1>  Once I have an idea for a post, or I choose one of the ideas I have written down, I consider it important (especially for new users) to write without worrying about the quality of the writing, of the codes, of how the text is coming out, but to write everything that comes out, to let all the ideas that come to your mind come out. Then, you can proceed to correct the text, modify things that seem wrong to you, and finally add the codes for formatting. Then, you can have already armed templates with some codes already written and write over it, in PeakD you can do this, also in Microsoft Word. <br><br>In several occasions, I use to write taking care of all the aspects of the writing and adding at once the necessary codes. This way a faster routine is possible, but this is not really recommended if you are a new user, and in certain publications that require more care I avoid doing this.</div>

<div class="pull-left"><h1>¿Qué es lo que más disfrutas al crear un contenido y como te sientes al crearlo?</h1> Pienso que somos por naturaleza seres que están hechos para crear cosas y disfrutar del proceso y del resultado. Al crear contenido es gratificante saber que estás imprimiendo tu creatividad y energía en algo propio. Expresar y darle forma a ideas es importante para todo, no solo en Hive al crear contenido. Pero también lo es saber que podemos influenciar otras personas con lo que creamos, buscar conectar y aportar valor a ellas. </div>

<div class="pull-right"><h1>What do you enjoy most about creating content and how do you feel about creating it?</h1> I think we are by nature beings that are made to create things and enjoy the process and the result. When creating content it is rewarding to know that you are putting your creativity and energy into something of your own. Expressing and shaping ideas is important for everything, not just in Hive when creating content. But so is knowing that we can influence other people with what we create, seeking to connect and bring value to others. </div>

<div class="pull-left"><h1>¿Qué herramientas usas para maquetar y darle forma a tus publicaciones?</h1>  @PeakD contiene una herramienta para crear plantillas, de las cuales tengo varias ya preestablecidas, con los códigos necesarios ya incluidos para solamente escribir, agregar las imágenes, enlaces y algunos códigos adicionales que hagan falta. Estas plantillas son parte de cada persona, que las crea de acuerdo a su propia personalización y a la vez te dan una "marca personal" que caracteriza a tu blog. <br><br> Microsoft Word también es una herramienta útil para formatear tu post si sabes crear las macros para así introducir los códigos automáticamente. También uso PowerPoint en ocasiones. SketchUp para figuras 3D, PhotoScape para crear GIFs a partir de imágenes y ScreenToGif para crear GIF animados a partir de acciones en la pantalla. </div>

<div class="pull-right"><h1>What tools do you use to format and design your publications?</h1> @PeakD contains a tool to create templates, of which I have several already predefined, with the necessary codes already included to just write, add the images, links and some additional codes that may be needed. These templates are part of each person, who creates them according to their own personalization and at the same time give you a "personal brand" that characterizes your blog.<br><br>Microsoft Word is also a useful tool to format your post if you know how to create the macros to enter the codes automatically. I also use PowerPoint on occasion. SketchUp for 3D figures, PhotoScape to create GIFs from images and ScreenToGif to create animated GIFs from actions on the screen. </div>

<div class="pull-left"><h1>¿Cómo te organizas y divides tu tiempo para crear contenido?</h1> En este aspecto quizás tenga algunas fallas, ya que no suelo crear una planificación acerca de cuando voy a publicar un post sobre cierta idea. Suelo crear un post según el tema que me inspire en el momento y no suelo tener una fecha de publicación fija, sino que lo publico poco después de terminarlo, sea el mismo día o luego. Lo más cercano a una planificación que tengo es dedicar una mañana a cierta idea y publicar el post al mediodía o programarlo para publicarse a una hora específica. Quizás deba buscar la forma de planificar mejor la creación de contenido, ya que se me suelen acumular las ideas.</div>

<div class="pull-right"><h1>How do you organize and divide your time to create content?</h1>  In this aspect maybe I have some flaws, since I don't usually create a planning about when I'm going to publish a post about a certain idea. I usually create a post according to the topic that inspires me at the moment and I don't usually have a fixed publication date, but I publish it soon after I finish it, either the same day or later. The closest thing to a schedule I have is to dedicate a morning to a certain idea and publish the post at noon or schedule it to be published at a specific time. Maybe I need to figure out a way to better plan content creation, as I tend to get a backlog of ideas.

<div class="pull-left"><h1>¿Qué consejo le darías a un Hiver que inicia en la colmena?</h1> Algo importante es tener en mente que las recompensas son algo secundario que viene a causa de crear contenido de calidad. Tener claro que Hive se basa en interacciones voluntarias, que nadie está obligado a votar tu contenido y que nadie te debe nada, vienes a Hive a crear, a aportar valor, y pensar lo contrario solo genera frustración. Vale lo que tu puedes hacer: interactuar con otros usuarios y crear contenido de calidad,  no lo que otros puedan hacer por ti.   <br><br>Otra cosa importante es disfrutar del proceso de creación de un post, a mi me pasaba en mis inicios que creaba los posts con prisa, como si fuera un trabajo con fecha límite, eso me dejaba exhausto y desanimado. No ver a Hive como un trabajo, sino como una especie de "emprendimiento creativo" que depende solo de ti y de nadie más.   </div>

<div class="pull-right"><h1>What advice would you give to a Hiver starting out in the hive?</h1>  Something important is to keep in mind that rewards are something secondary that comes from creating quality content. Be clear that Hive is based on voluntary interactions, that no one is obliged to vote for your content and that no one owes you anything, you come to Hive to create, to provide value, and to think otherwise only generates frustration. It is worth what you can do: interact with other users and create quality content, not what others can do for you.<br><br>Another important thing is to enjoy the process of creating a post, it happened to me in my beginnings that I created posts in a hurry, as if it were a job with a deadline, and that left me exhausted and discouraged. Do not see Hive as a job, but as a kind of "creative entrepreneurship" that depends only on you and no one else.  </div>

También es importante descansar de vez en cuando para renovar la "energía mental" que se gasta en crear contenido, eso puede ayudar mucho a que fluyan las ideas luego. Es importante también buscar crear conectividad con otros usuarios, incentivando a que comenten, dejen su opinión, quizás a veces algunos posts no se presten a estar llenos de comentarios, pero la idea es darle uso a los comentarios para crear interacción y también ser fuente de inspiración para otros posts.</div>
