In beautiful autumn weather today I ran 10 km around the fields. 

At the moment I focus on the breathing technique only inhale and exhale with the nose while running. This works quite well as long as you don't run too fast.

Bei schönstem Herbstwetter lief ich heute 10 km um die Felder. 

Im Moment fokussiere ich mich beim Laufen auf die Atemtechnik nur mit der Nase ein- und auszuatmen. Das funktioniert ganz ausgezeichent, sofern man nicht zu schnell läuft.
