#### Get In Shape Challenge: Final 2 Days!
Yes it's the final weekend and the last 2 days for you to take part in the Get In Shape Challenge, which has been going for almost 6 weeks now!
It's been a great event, despite all the troubles happening around on Steem, but also globally with the Coronavirus epidemic. We wish you all the best of health and to stay safe during those critical times.

You still have the chance to take part in the last 2 days and gain some extra rewards. Here is a short recap of the rules and rewards:
- The more activity and progress reports you post, and the further you progress, the higher your rewards!
- As always, every actifit post with at least 5,000 activity earns STEEM, AFIT, and SPORTS tokens from upvotes.
- Using the #getinshapechallenge hashtag will enable you to extra upvotes from the @actifit.appics account, which will distribute rewards in APPICS tokens (APX).
- Progress report videos posted on the APPICS App will earn STEEM and APX tokens from upvotes of the APPICS account, at the rate of one per week.
- In addition, special APX rewards will be distributed:
-- A total of 3 Appics progress reports & 12 Actifit activity reports (with hashtag #getinshapechallenge) will earn you an extra 50 APX + 500 AFIT tokens.
-- A total of 5 Appics progress reports & 20 Actifit activity reports (with hashtag #getinshapechallenge) will earn you an extra 100 APX + 1,000 AFIT tokens.
-- A total of 6 Appics progress reports & 24 Actifit activity reports (with hashtag #getinshapechallenge) with proven progress will earn you an extra 200 APX + 2,000 AFIT tokens.
- **Grand prize: 5 Top participants with the most recorded progress and actual progress (chosen by the actifit & appics teams) will also earn the grand prize of 1,000 APX + 10,000 AFIT tokens each!**

#### STEEM Price Drop & AFIT Token Price Update
As many of you are already aware, Bitcoin price (& STEEM) took a major unprecedented dip in the last 48 hours, causing a huge decline in the price.
And as you're also probably aware, the AFIT price on actifit.io is given at a premium whereby AFIT is priced at 0.03$, and accordingly exchanging AFIT tokens would yield you an additional upvote of a somewhat close value.

This major drop causing our VP to get over consumed to compensate the price change.
So to cope with the price change, and to avoid over consuming our VP, and similarly to a measure we had implemented few months back with the drop in STEEM price, we have decreased the premium price for AFIT on actifit.io from 0.03$ down to 0.02$, to allow us to continuously support as many active exchanges as we have, and it only makes sense with all the decrease in cryptomarket pricing altogether.

What this means is you will continuously receive an upvote for your exchanged AFIT tokens, but instead of the vote value being close to 0.03$/AFIT, it now matches 0.02$/AFIT, which is still a major premium compared to the current AFIT pricing on steem-engine.

## Some tips for writing a good Actifit report.

---

Writing a nice and beautiful Actifit report is not a daunting task. Talking about your daily activity in a presentable manner can get you to the top list. 

Try to make your report readable and understandable. 
The arrangement of the images also makes the content look attractive. Goes without saying, target using original high-quality images that you own. Using images from other sources is not advisable unless properly attributed and care is taken not to abuse any copyrights.
