Felíz jueves hoy decidí por fin realizar mi primera publicación en una comunidad en la cual tengo algún tiempo suscrita en Discord pero no había subido ni una publicación, pero para diversificar, enriquecer mi blog, dar a conocer vivencias y gustos propios pues me dije ¿ Qué tanto esperas? eres madre y tienes cualquier cantidad de experiencias que puedes compartir.

Decidí que mi primera participación en está comunidad sea en el desafío de esta semana, su tema me hizo recordar una experiencia vivida con mi hijo , para las que por primera vez escuchan de esta comunidad  y desafío [aquí](http://peakd.com/hive-165757/@motherhood/challenge-of-the-week-firstfoodchallenge-eng-esp-or-or-motherhood-on-hive) les comparto el enlace del desafío de esta semana por si también desean unirse y participar.

## <center>***La primera comida de mi bebé***</center>

Recientemente mi hijo Cristian Josué  cumplió 18 años, pero todavía recuerdo muchas de las cosas que he vivido al ser su madre.

Cristian nació a principios del mes de noviembre en el año 2002  y para el mes de las lluvias en Venezuela que suele ser mayo tenía 6 meses, pero extrañamente ya en abril de 2003 comenzaron las lluvias y había muchas moscas que suelen traer enfermedades con ellas.

No creo que haya sido el agua porque siempre se le dio agua hervida o si fueron sus primeros dientes que ya venían en camino, pero lo cierto fue que a mi hijo le dió una diarrea espantosa y esto lógicamente me alarmó ya que al comienzo solo parecía estar un poco flojo del estómago y luego paso a estar totalmente líquido , comer y expulsar eran actos seguidos y me daba terror que se deshidratarse, eso sin incluir que incluso pensé que al tocar el suelo, pues ya comenzaba a sentarse y gatear, hubiera contraido amibiasis.

Yo como madre tenía una dieta que  habían suministrado nen el curso psicoprofiláctico  y aprobada luego por el pediatra donde me indicaban que debía darle como alimento de acuerdo a su edad y todavía no le correspondía tomar sopas o cremas y menos con pollo, pero ante está situación y luego de una visita de emergencia al pediatra pues toco y así un poco antes de tiempo la primera  comida que mi hijo Cristian  probó después de la leche materna, su respectiva tetero o biberón,  y  compotas de fritas elaboradas en casa,  fue crema de  ocumo, plátano verde y pechuga de pollo.

Fui compré todos los ingredientes, la medicación indicada, además de un plato y cubiertos acordé a su edad, nunca quise darle cremitas y sopas en su biberón.  Y así fue como por primera vez mi hijo comió una crema porque fue licuada.

Happy Thursday today I finally decided to make my first publication in a community in which I have some time subscribed to Discord but had not uploaded a single publication, but to diversify, enrich my blog, to publicize experiences and tastes themselves because I said "How much do you expect? are mother and have any number of experiences you can share.

## <center>***My baby's first meal***</center>

Recently my son Cristian Josué turned 18 years old, but I still remember many of the things that I have lived as his mother.

Cristian was born at the beginning of November 2002 and by the month of the rains in Venezuela, which is usually May, he was 6 months old, but strangely enough, in April 2003 the rains began and there were many flies that usually brought diseases with them.

I don't think it was the water because he was always given boiled water or if it was his first teeth that were already on the way, but the truth was that my son had a terrible diarrhea and this logically alarmed me since at the beginning he only seemed to be a little loose in his stomach and then he became totally liquid, eating and expelling were consecutive acts and I was terrified that he would become dehydrated, that is not to say that I even thought that when he touched the ground, since he was already starting to sit and crawl, he would have contracted amebiasis.

As a mother, I had a diet that had been given in the psychoprophylactic course and approved by the pediatrician, where they told me that I should feed him according to his age and that he should not eat soups or creams, and even less with chicken, But in this situation and after an emergency visit to the pediatrician I touch and so a little before time the first food that my son Cristian tasted after the mother's milk, his respective teapot or bottle, and homemade fried food, was ocumo cream, green banana and chicken breast.

I bought all the ingredients, the indicated medication, besides a plate and cutlery according to his age, I never wanted to give him crenistas and soups in his bottle.  And that's how my son ate a cream for the first time because it was liquefied.
