Street Art - OHG, the Portrait Artist

Today I have another entry for the [Street Art Community](https://peakd.com/c/hive-184784/created) .. This time it is about the artist with the initials OHG, which I found to be responsible for the portrait heads that I showed you the last time .. I hope you like it ^^

<h3>I found the Head Portrait Artist ^^</h3>

Recently, I created a post about these interesting portrait heads here. I found these to be tagged on all the separation pillars in a certain tunnel, very close to the city center of my actual hometown.

I liked these heads a lot and got curios who is behind them. Thus, I recently was walking around the whole area for a bit and actively searched for other tags of the artist or indications of his name tag. Luckily, I was able to find out the tagging artist initials. They are OHG. Here are some of the bigger tags that he was spraying too ^^

The tags feature the exact same heads that were shown in the portraits. Thus, I assume that it must be the same artist and The initials of the sprayer therefore are OHG. Also I don't know what they means, it is quite clear to say, that this is the used synonym. But it is still uncertain for me, if it is a single artist, or a whole crew.

As you can see, the artist loved to draw these heads in his big tags, but there was also another really clean OHG tag around and as I already found out that this is the artist I can show it here, as a proud art investigator, hahaha. It is quite colourful so ^^

I found this OHG tags at several other places in the city too. Most of them are far lower in quality, but they clearly indicate the proper initials, as in the next example. So, it is definitely a local tag that roams all around the city. But the heads are unique for this one specific tunnel so far. Maybe it's his newest fetish. I expects some other nice themes or motives in the future ^^

Ok, so far it should be enough for the OHG guy (or crew). As I don't want to solely show this artist here, I looked up some other tags that I can provide here for you :)

As I told you before in my older Street Art posts, tagging is allowed in Germany, and these tunnels are the place for taggers to meet and practice their art. I believe that this is a great advantage over any possible restriction, as it minimises guerrilla tagging, and helps a bit in bonding artists, as they meet in regular spots without the urge to o great the police or rush during painting. For me, every time I enter a tunnel I can already expect some nice tags around here 😁

Thanks ^^ .. it looks really quite nice and professional .. having save spaces to this art is definitely a benefit when it comes to quality .. there are shot tags here too in this city, but the tunnels all over are used by professionals or ambitious hobbyists 😃
