I have an opinion with you. the view that there is a threat in the internet is very real. many studies in the world that show the dangers of lies in the world of the internet. even as politics becomes part of the social media movement. we can not distinguish something right or lie. our job is to keep information true. so we can be good information for social media users.

Your post is very educative. The internet has brought so many bad effect that it ruins relationships. When a lady will come up and tell a guy the relationship is over with just a little upset. It has also brought fraud too whereby people decieve one another so easily and made away with their money. 
But to me it has also helped alot to earn better than their normal pay in their daily jobs due to the fact that it creates more job opportunities.

But now a days most of the peoples using internet only for communication, There is alot of advantages of it, We should do some work and gain soe knowledge also through it...

in some country like China they have firewall to control any potential espionage from other country like the US, that's why they banned Google, facebook and other US Internet tech company.

But there is a problem about net neutrality!

I recieved this book at your speech you did with Roger Stone for the Bundy's in Las Vegas. That was a great battle to fight, and to win. 

This new information war is going to be a crazy one. I feel as though Russia was blamed for playing a better information war game than the Democrats (who were in charge via Obama) did last election.

True, the internet is truly one of the most revolutionizing modern inventions! Although as with everything there's downsides with it. Great post.

I wonder if Anarchopulco actually ever happens without the advent of the unlicensed, uncensored internet.  Woodstock came together without it back in 1969.  Who knows?  Of course, if our nation didn't have the military draft, I doubt there would have been such a backlash.  The PTB recognized they pushed a bit too hard, and too fast, so by 1976, they ushered in Disco, and we were DUNNNNNNNNN!  So I'm sure they thought "1984" was right on schedule with their "main frame" computers all lined up for us and their counterfeit currency production and distribution activity in high gear.

Looking at the pros and cons of internet, we can conclude that It could be used in a good as well as bad way.

Government sometimes use it to make people change their perception. on the other hand, Internet is hub of knowledge and learning as well.

So to some up the debate I  definately agree to the point that we must should have to take serious check that our easy access and that global village we are living in remains the same and intact ...

Really internet has brought a freedom of speaking,  opinions of freedom. It has brought a revolutionary change in our life all over the world. When any subject is raised by internet then that things spread to all over the world at the more speed.

When we look at the specific effect of the Internet on language, languages asking the question, 'Has English become a different language as a result of the Internet?' the answer has to be no.

internet has a good technology but its has a bad effect also....

The interned has changed a lot since I first started using it. It feels so much more commercialized now. Big corporations are constantly trying take control.

The internet has allowed the interchange of ideas and materials among scientists, university professors, and students, in addition to provide servers, resource centers and online tools for their research and scholar activities. Moreover, million of books, journals and other material are available through the internet because of the digitization of public domains material from libraries in the States and Europe. This action enables people to learn all new sort of things.

we have become slaves of Internet, that's not what we are made for.

My Facebook account was hacked today, with different name, password and Gmail, all just to use my account for scamming people through social media, as you mentioned we should be vigilant as there can be impersonation through Internet, thanks to the Facebook team, and Gmail for securing my account back, but I can only change my name back in the next 60days.

Well its always the government which decides what to do and what to dont, they don't think about people, they only think about funds, and they also control the Internet, they show people what they want to and hide the rest they also interfere in privacy of common people, this is what they do. Is this democracy?

I am waiting for that to happen ..
Waiting for internet to become completely decentralized ....

That's a great post about the effect of internet. The secrets which our country or Government tries to hide can be easily found out somehow on the internet. Moreover, YouTube has become a business as it's mostly based on users and the content creators of YouTube may reveal the secrets as it might help them gain them views.

The point you mentioned about what governments do and how they change your perspective about the other nations is totally ture.
In my region Asia, Pakistan and India they both are concederd rivals and they had war like four times. Since My childhood I was told that Indians are our enemy and last summer when I met some indians I was like no that is wrong and now I have some good Indian friends.

Most companies in the business environment have implemented some form of Internet or business technology into their business operations. While some companies faced the major changeover when developing an e-business function, other companies may have been on the edge of this technology before the widespread use of the Internet.

I realized it would do 2 things...
+ Connect people to people
  + and
+ Connect people to information

I knew it was going to be HUGE! 
+ But, I was wrong. It's huger than huge!
  + People from all over the world can communicate.
and realize people from all over the world are just like all the other people all over the world.
    + For the most part, people can get along...
  + Governments don't want us to get along.
    + They want us to fear one another.
+ The more people use the Internet, the more they will realize we don't need more government.
We need less government.
  + The less government we have
    + The more freedom & liberty we have.
