Yes. THIS. Also, corrupted files... throttling (holding back the good content) and other various techniques and issues arise. This is why a walk in nature is such a good thing. Or even better a few days away with no digital input, no crowds, no overload. Like emptying the hard drive of unnecessary files. Removing the clutter from the desktop, etc.
