Divide & Rule
Whenever there is a change in leadership, immediately people want to sense there is division in that place or people immediately create a division. I have seen this happen so many times when it comes to organisation. 

Let’s assume that a president and a vice president of a particular organisation has been working together for so many years. They’re not of a sudden. One of them either retire or get sacked. The next thing you’re going to see is power tussle.

 A little disagreement here and there, rumours house side of the organisation, then one we possibly try to go rogue or create a new template for the organisation while another will create something different. I’ve seen these players so many times and I can’t help but determine why do people even go this far When you know that you cannot leave quietly?

 When you know that you cannot leave a company in the easiest way possible while being part of it? Is it that the company changes is. Status cool and the organisation templates or there are some changes that you did not? Go well with you anymore you can easily speak out and leave the company, then create your own, then do something better. Also we must remove this sense of. Being too fast to criticise, immediately want to say oh this is the person’s fault or that person is the one who started this whole issue. 

Then there is this talk here and there. People start to pick sides an make it look like all I trust my kind of person, he will never would have done that. Oh I trust the president of the organisation. Is so righteous. Oh, I’m sure it is. The vice president are actually ‘cause this kind of thing, ‘cause if not, it wouldn’t have happened this way. A lot keep going on. I’ve learnt to always keep quiet in how any of this matter and to steer clear of any rumours or power talks with any organisation. If an organisation wants to tear apart, fine, it will give birth to another one. Does that mean I have to start peddling rumours here and there and pick site? 

No, I don’t even need it. Those guys don’t even know. Levis is neither do my opinion matters in the organisations.
